Randy (Terry Ray) has a huge crush on hunky co-worker Jack (Days of Our Lives star Bryan Dattilo) and Randy is not alone. Everyone at the office seems to be infatuated with Jack, especially Randy's gal pal Frankalina (Jennifer Echols), but no one can quite figure out if Jack is straight or gay. At an impromptu yard sale by a scorned lover (Jim J. Bullock) Randy discovers a GAYDAR gun -- which could change everything. I absolutely LOVE this! I shared it on Facebook. As a gay man with some self-respect, I find it completely refreshing that there can be gay content without being centered on blatant sexuality. This was so well-done and just funny as hell! We need more of this type of quality comedy to break down some walls between gays and heterosexuals. I think anybody could find the humor in this. One time back in the 80's I was walking through West Hollywood. At an intersection waiting for the "Walk" light was Charles Nelson Rielly.. He noticed I'd recognized him from the opposite corner and did a little tap dance for me! :) I was young and stupidly shy so I didn't even speak to him. Just grinned and waved. I wish I'd taken the opportunity to meet him.

I laughed my butt off, this is hysterical XD Every gay person wishes for a device like in this movie at some point..but, on the other hand, like the black lady said, it would probably also destroy daydreams, so maybe it's better there is no such device in reality. Other than that, this short film was funny on all bases. Very well done :-)

DioniteGaming Hey! That's a great question. Hold your hat because it's a great answer. We shot on a Panavision 35 mm camera that was later found to be a camera that shot STAR WARS and sold at auction a few years ago for the highest price ever paid for a camera.

THANKS Diane! Bryan was terrific to let us ogle him like that--a great sport and a super nice guy. You did your homework on the camera. Yep we shot Gaydar with the very famous camera that was used to shoot the original STAR WARS film. Pretty cool, right?! Listen, I wrote a super fun Gaydar feature film script that has been optioned several times but never got made. I'm ready when the money is!
