Kicksno1fan Well, lets be clear of the facts. 1) The woman had the DNA of 3 different men in her panties which included pubic hair. The third mans DNA was acquired the morning following this alleged incident. - - What rape victim sleeps with another man hours after being rapped? 🤷🏽♀️ 2) The alleged victim was diagnosed as Schizophrenic and prescribed medicine for her condition prior to the accusation. Delusion is one of the characteristics of this mental disorder. 3) The woman went to Kobe’s room. She sought him out. 4) Case was dismissed and charges dropped. Good old fashioned COMMON SENSE: Kobe didn’t rape her! Unfortunately, she has a mental illness and was a loose woman during her manic cycle. Period. If you know anything about mental illness, you are aware that while in manic mode, many become very sexually active. It’s a part of the manic... Compulsion.

Let’s be honest. Every journalist does this when stars die. I mean they made a documentary on Michael Jackson and the allegations against him after he passed. They do it for ratings because let’s be honest, journalists wouldn’t talk about stuff if they knew people wouldn’t engage the conversation. So as long as the topic is engaged they’re going to continue to discuss things at inappropriate times. Do I think it’s right? Of course not. But I don’t understand sending death threats to Gayle. You can be upset about what she said but wishing death on someone is ridiculous. At the end of the day you can express your opinion in a respectful way and get your point across but as soon as you start cursing and threatening someone, your point is invalidated.

The person who should be saying something is not so why are all this “journalists” attacking him after he’s gone. Also if the woman in question had moved on and put this behind her (and I saw a video she had mental issues) this will not be healthy for her. If she didn’t get the Justice she wanted she should have spoken up or not take the settlement.

Räñdøm Thïńgš TV I just saw an old video of him apologizing holding his young wife’s hand + an interview of his in 2016 I think.. being asked about the charges and he said when his priest asked him did he do it he answered absolutely no. He then got the advise to let it go and that God does not give us more than we can suffer and in his apology it’s for how he thot it was consensual maybe the girl didn’t and if so he’s sorry and it was not him knowingly forcing himself on someone. If this is a pattern in the last 20 years there would have been more incidents and if not rumors. I know there was cheating rumors till the wife couldn’t take it in 2012 n filed for divorce. I watched these videos after his death and as this is not something he’s on trial for or is still pending I don’t want to play judge and jury to a dead man. I don’t know the details and his good deeds and contributions to the community shows that he’s been making up for what ever he did and moving forward. To me this is someone who literally the whole world and from all walks of life is sad passed. I have not followed any NBA news in years and was taken aback by the out pouring of condolences and love to him and his family. I just feel this was not appropriate to be asked so soon if at all.

That's the disscusion though, should we let people always see him as this legend- or as someone who has done great things but may or may not sexually assaulted a woman. I think we have to be careful going about bringing it up but we all have the right to make up our own mind about something/someone
