Well, I've laughed til tears ran down my face!!!! You are so fun to watch, and I really hate to say this, but, I love your little bumble fumbles!!!!! And I laugh with you, not at you!!!! LOL!!! And these days, we all need a sweet Gayle that can graciously laugh at her self!!!! Not all You Tubers I've watched could do that.....way too serious!!! LOL!!!! And, love. love, love the cover!!!!! And, darn me.....I gave away a 6 ft tall bolt of artist canvas about three years ago, and now I wish I had it back....just look what I could have done with it!!!! Love that Honeycomb fabric....I must look for some because I've been collecting things for a bee journal!!! And then, finally, my dear enabler Miss Gayle, of course after you should your last Etsy finds....well, you know what I did, no need to say!!! LOL!!!!!! Love you, cutie honey bug!!! Ahhh heck that bobbin needed a bath. I was wondering when you first showed the envelope and then the fabric how this would play out. Of course theres always a solution. I'm tryin to find bee fabric somewhere. I love bees. And hummingbirds...wish I could get the two on the same fabric. Love your envelope covers. I do them too. Thanks for the fun today. Lol

Thanks to the person who requested this. I am going to do the distressing on canvas like you did. Btw “real canvas” is a certain weight for stretching canvases for painters which obviously you know but there are other canvasses that are lighter weight such as the fabric you are using. Sometimes I find the canvases and muslin together in the store as they are unbleached cotton. Yes, I love bees too. Yellow jackets are wasps I think, a different insect. Love your cover today, Gayle. The blue and yellow is so cheerful. I laughed with you over your bobbin because it reminded me of how I lose things in my sewing/computer room. Oh my gosh yesterday I spent a couple hours looking for my computer mouse, just couldn’t imagine what I had done with it. I had my IPad standing on the triangular case next to the computer and don’t you know that little mouse snuck itself inside so I couldn’t see it. But, I didn’t realize this until after cleaning several areas before finding it. Oh well, it did help me organize and get rid of stuff I don’t use. Stay well, I can tell by your voice that you are feeling stronger.

Slow stitching must be western world for Japanese Sashiko, eh?✌️🇨🇦🙏❤️🐝 those stitched cards are so inspiring. Did you know there is a sewing machine that “does” a stitch that looks like sashiko? Too expensive for me but would be great for doing lots of items stitched like that. Love the pink digis. This year I became a fan of pink since doing some books with theme of Sakura, 🌸Cherry blossoms. Exciting to make bee inspired journal. Yay! Bzzzzz!✌️🇨🇦🙏❤️🐝🐝🐝

I thought yellow jackets were wasps, not bees. I had an encounter as an infant. I guess I ate one. But it was not found out til my mom found my swollen chubby hand where the stinger was. And after a rush for medical help twice, once for the first visit. Then again for an antidote to the penicillin reaction that grew as my mom was changing my diaper. Finally, at the end of the excitement she noticed I was sucking on something. The yellow jacket. I have always been afraid of flying insects with stingers. So not a big bee fan. But love them in my garden.

Hey Gayle! You just posted! I'm thrilled! This morning my husband and I got up and were disappointed to see that a nesting pair of doves, that were nesting on our back porch, have abandoned their nest. Here's two little eggs just sitting there all alone now. We've had doves nesting there for about 4 years and it's interesting how many little ones don't make it. When they do, it's so fun to watch the little birds being raised. But this pair of doves were easily spooked and yesterday a very large raven showed up and that was it, I guess. My bad, because I put out some old bread crumbs into the back garden plot and it was attracting other birds. My hubby was really sad because I was photographing to send the stages to our little grandson. His Dad right now has been sequestered to stay in a trailer for two weeks. He works at keeping electrical grids going...A manager. To insure no one gets sick and electric keeps going, they are shutting in workers for a few weeks at a time. People on the front line that most people don't realize. LOL The bobbin in the water. Yup, bet that makes for a nice flavor. Maybe you ought to bottle it up and sell it. Gayle's bobbin flavored water...guaranteed to give you the giggles during your crafting sessions! 😅 😅 😅 Thanks so much for sharing how to make the bee cover, the cute tag, and a good giggle. It cracks me up how of all the places in your giant craft room it could have landed, your spool ended up in your relatively tiny water cup! I have a drop cloth that I think is canvas, do you think that be used for a cover? The weave is kind of loose and the fabric is fairly soft. Or is it best to buy canvas from the fabric store?
