Can’t believe I finally won

So I have noticed people in the comments (on here, on TikTok) bringing up biphobia in terms of Naomi's comment about "still being gay even after loving and enjoying sex with men." As a lesbian who identified as bisexual for many years, I understand where they were coming from completely. When I was with men, it wasn't inherently ~traumatic~ nor was I disgusted 24/7. The times I had with men, I just didn't feel the same or as fulfilled as I do with women. I have had sexual times that I enjoyed, men that I cared about - but it still wasn't the same. I really enjoyed the fact that Naomi said that, because I was so deep in denial of my lesbianism for so long, because I had times that I did enjoy and the men that I cared about. But it wasn't until I was with a woman romantically that I realized I cannot feel what I feel with women that I do with men. That isn't bipiobic. I was just into masculinity and not men and didn't realize that. 🤷 Some of y'all really need to learn nuance.

Obviously no one should be hating Jewish people and anti-semitism is abhorrent and no Christian should either considering Jesus is a Jewish Rabbi.

OK i fear that there is some low-simmering weirdness around bisexuality on this episode, hannah einbinder's, and others.... RE Naomi's comment: it's totally true that you can have had enjoyable/loving relationships with cis men and still be lesbian. but often a more apt identity for that experience is BISEXUAL. it's not bad to be bi y'all. bisexuals are out here being wild, wonderful, sapphic, and queer as fuck. Having rigid boundaries around finding cis men attractive (romantically or sexually) is understandable but also potentially misguided (what about stealth trans men? what about enby or gender fluid AMABs? what about cis men, queer or straight, who aren't afraid to express their femininity? etc.) also, Jo not knowing that bisexuals can be attracted to non-cis and gender-nonconforming people (on hannah's episode)..? That was pretty uh.. surprising. Anyways, had to say that. thanks for making my favorite podcast.
