To be honest about a month before the elections I watched one the videos Pres Gayton uploaded. I was impressed to pray for his health, so that the Lord could give him a “good-long-life”to minister unselfishly for the people of South Africa. I believe that Pres. Gayton being placed in the position he has been placed has proven to be a blessing to himself and South Africans in South Africa around the world. You remain in our prayers.

Proud of you Prez. G Mac. Go for the maximum; Go for Gold. Prez, to shape you back to your younger days, do the following: Avoid. Cut carbs and sugar out. Start with a keto and/or high fat, low carb eating plan. Start with the 16/8 intermittent fasting. There after, if your body adapts to the 16/8 fasting challenge, switch it to 20/4 etc. The 16 hours is when no eating takes place. During 8 hour window period you may eat. Have enough water and or 2 black coffees during fasting to avoid dehydration. 5 km brisk walk per day. Or walk-run for 5 km. Do running /walking hills. Gradually up the tempo and kilometres as you want to challenge yourself. Weight training 5 days a week. Start with weights your body can handle. Do moderate weight training as the goal is to lose weight, not gain huge muscles at this stage. As the stomach is the main issue here, do planks, side planks, mountain climbers, jumping jacks etc to strengthen the core. The list of core exercises are too long. Choose what fits you best. You are going to look as thin as Julius Malema. A lot of people think he is ill, but the man is on a high fat/low carb eating plan. And yes Prez, when you attend meetings or functions etc, let your Private secretary send your eating preference to the host in advance as it is important to mingle around your colleagues and get to know them better. You might miss out on some valuable information etc. Just my 2 cents❤ L O V E❤

Morning all, very good to walk every day. Not only good to lose weight but very good for your brain, muscle and heart and it keeps you young too 😂. Plus listen to your body only eat when your body want something now but cut out take aways and eat less bread, sugar and pastries. And discipline is the key to loss weight. Love you guys ❤ I am a 54 year old but still very fit every one can lose weight not easy but you will get there small steps

Am glad the minister will participate in a race of 5km, it is opportunity for minister to inspect how our south african races pay low money to our athlete. There are still races paying low money to minimum wage in south africa. I just wanted minister to take note to those inequaliry in athletics

Keto, carnivore ... eat as much as u like just choose wisely. It's not a diet but a life without the poison of big food and pharma. You will b amazed within 2 months ... health and weight. Coming from someone your age. Dr Berry on KZbin for guidance.
