Hello, I bought this exact same canopy and tried for hours to get it to raise. How did you get it raised? My daughter and I tried with all our strength and it would not raise to the first hole (notch).

Video shows at 7:52 and on, legs should be very easy to raise up unless it was damaged during shipping.
