How do i clean in the inside where the paper cuts

This machine doesn't offer a depth of margin control. However, the holes are usually about right for most applications. Sometimes little chips of paper will get lodged in the machine preventing you from pushing your paper in all the way though. The esiest way to clear them out is to use a piece of cardstock and try to sweep it from side to side to see if you can dislodge the chips. If that doesn't fix the problem there are other machines available that allow you to adjust the depth.

Yes... the depth of margin on this unit is insufficient for any document that will receive even moderate use. Is there any way to permanently increase it?
