It’s crazy how all of the stars disappear when someone is actually in space. You would think it would be like those shots of the Milky Way when someone is in a super remote area with no artificial light but it’s the exact opposite. Pitch black without a single star

Professional astronaut! It okay to tell the “mfers” that are suppose to be running a Real Space program instead of flying billionaires to high atmosphere for a play date or jumping around on stage for a political event. NASA and the US space program seems a just a bit underfunded and under prioritized. Maybe you should look up the book “Road to the Stars” by the first guy in space, I think the name was Yuri Gagarin. Either way the world has come along way hopefully they will continue to dream!

@@godbyone I guess it depends on how you look at it, during the fall of the Soviet Union 1991, Cosmonaut Sergei Krikalev was stuck in space for 10 months aboard Mir til early 1992.

One you think 32 years later that this would not be possible, especially since the spacecraft the stuck astronauts rode to ISS was suppose to be a redundant spacecraft for SpaceX. So when SpaceX leaves a crew in space that is suppose to support them in an emergency one wonders. I guess when you look and see what is going on in other business sectors such as planes, trains and automobiles it doesn’t really seem those execs know how to keep those businesses operating well either.
