As far as I am concerned, William rightly went after them and exposed them, but he didn't make a fool of himself, his family, or his nation by choosing to settle. William accomplished something by bringing the case and winning the settlement. They admitted guilt. What more does Harry want? William was not going to be demeaned by sitting there giving evidence. His lawyers did the job, and guilt was admitted, resulting in a settlement, one which I believe benefitted the Invictus Games. Win/win. William maintained his dignity and the dignity of the royal family. But he won. It has been publicly admitted by these news corporations that they did use dirty tricks back in the day.
