Great podcast but I'm a little confused. Didn't Jesus say Me and the Father are one in John 10:30. So doesn't that make Him God? I believe in the Trinity, but I guess I try not to say anything of our Father doesn't make sense. I believe all things are possible with God.

I thank GOD that my parents disciplined and punished me. I think the modern world sees what not having a father who passes out discipline ends in. My parents divorced when I was 11 and I went wild and did get into trouble, but when I turned 26, the religious training and right and wrong became so clear to me. Paul says it "no discipline at the time...." and it bears fruit later. 27 years old and deciding to rededicate my life to Christ was because of that early training and discipline. Sports helped too, but at the age of 30 I went off to preaching school, was discipled in Greek, Hebrew, all the books of the bible and it was the BEST three years of my life. Hebrews 12:11........CJ

GUYS Please, your killing me! So your telling me god is all powerful, all knowing, can do all things, controls all things, and knows how the story ends. If this is true, than your saying he also knows who believes in him and who will see the kingdom of god, sounds like those people who are going to hell don't have a chance since he already knows there going there anyway. Seems like a stacked deck of cards, and also doesn't sound like a fair or just benevolent being to me.

That’s not what it’s about! We have to have faith in god bc he has done sooooo much for us! We don’t deserve to even go to heaven at all. We all deserve hell. Every single one of us.The fact that god loves us and is even giving us a chance is way more than we ever deserve! Praise the lord! Just think about that. 🙂
