Thanks Jomez always a treat to see your coverage. Having played this course I am always amazed at the lines chosen by the top athletes. Course change is coming for these high level players. Simon parking a 700ft+ hole for tap in eagle puts any course record or ace on sports center to shame IMO. Even BigPerm said it was the best shot he had seen. Bold statement from #1 ace witness in history. The renaissance of the sport just truly began.

So anticlimactic, especially given last year's finish! I wish there were a better way to handle a bad-weather cancellation. Regardless, thanks for the incredible coverage as always, Jomez! You guys are raising the level of the sport.

No one wants cancellations, but they do happen and that's that. The solution is to give more credit to standing results after every round. Now there's little focus on players playing well in the beginning, if they're not household superstar names. They get a pass for a poorish start, if they are within any kind of striking distance (and rightly so.)

Thanks for a nice coverage! Always fun to see! However, it would be nice if you could include total score list after each hole. Or in some way include the score from people making a move in the other cards. At least on the final round. I think it would add to the excitement.

i think he mentioned in one of his recent "in the bags" that he might bag them for a more tightly wooded course as a sort of flippy control driver but for open courses he would use it. Might have been his in the bag on central coast disc golf

Pauls putt at 2:53 - wouldn't that be considered a falling putt? It appeared to me that he stepped forward and his foot hit the ground before the disc came to a rest in the basket

McCray's step putt isn't even close to violating the rules. His release is always well before that foot comes down.

Not even close? You're obviously blind, obstinate, or a blood relative of the guy. 5:07, 14:41, 17:20, etc. His foot is on the ground split second before the disc leaves his hand.
