The founder of Frame and Gear, Kristoffer is just an amazing person. Bought their rear mech hanger for my bike, the screw wasn’t to spec so I reached out and he took no time in responding and wanting to sort out the issue straight away. Their products are also genuinely great, the build, fit and finish are amazing. Not paid or anything, but would highly recommend❤ edit: got charged by grammar police

Much as it's great to get the benefit of your presence here, missing you hugely on Eurosport's Tour coverage Dan. Politics I'll bet, yes I know there's no direct link now that GCN+ is no more, but they could've hired you as a pundit. Their loss, and obviously our loss. Back to Pog's bike, tip of the saddle 9cm behind the BB with it slammed forward on a seat post with no layback? That does surprise me.🤔
@Adonis-qj1nq
@Adonis-qj1nq 2 күн бұрын
It’s my understanding Dan left to focus on moving GCN forward with all the recent changes. But yes it is a major loss to the racing coverage, Dan was my favorite by far. Also for the saddleback position, it makes sense. I have mine slammed foreward all the way on my Tarmac SL7 but it is still 19cm behind the BB. Might be due to my size 58. I wish I could get it even more forward but specialized doesn’t sell the special seat post Remco uses.

I doubt that shortening the cranks (less leverage) combined with larger chainrings (55/40 instead of 53/39 or 50/34, hence bigger diameter, hence requiring more leverage) will make anything more efficient.
