I've got some 1990's dual mag chest rig, and a tac gunbelt with a Safariland holster. Three taco reloads for the G17 and a dump pouch. You are going to find that if you load up all those mags pouches and wear plates, you are no longer 25 years of age. Even if you chose not to wear plates, that rig you have there is for a much younger you. It's going to get really heavy real quick. Especially in the heat. Haley sells a smaller chest rig set I have been eyeing for my APC9 It carries three stick mags and two pistol mags. My running and gunnin days are soon to be in a scooter.

I am reminded that I am no longer 25 every time I stand up and my knee sounds like a rifle shot.

I meant to add, that you are carrying as near as I can tell 308 rounds of ammo as you have things set up. That's not including your 9-pound rifle or handgun. If you are ever in a scenario where you have to use that much ammo, your going to need artillery and air support too. You have a true assaulter rig. But do you need it? As it's not about need, the better ask is can you wear all that stuff and not wreck your back while running and gunning?

Lee, I have engaged you for some time now and always found some of your points very informed and thought out. Lately though you just seem sort of negative. What's up?

I've been laying here with a level 3 broken ankle since November. 12 screws and a plate. I'm pretty much bedridden. Just getting to the bathroom is a Safari. I'm sure I have cabin fever. Not sure if it's gonna heal or if I'm going to have to use a cane for the remainder. I'll refrain from comments. Obviously, it's skewing my worldview.@@BillFrady

I really don't want you to refrain from commenting. It just felt like something was slightly off. I hate that I was right. Super Dave Harrington just tore his ACL in his healthy ankle after having the other one operated on. I have diminished lung capacity from the heart attack. We just have mileage, my man. So we adapt. You will adapt too.@@leewoiteshek4192

Can't take "kit" recommendations from a dude who uses olights

Well, I guess it's a good thing I don't know you or care what you think. It is very interesting that you are also a reviewer of sorts and you cannot manage to control yourself enough to keep your thoughts to yourself.
