life cycle assessment is assessing how making products have an impact on the environment. So when the video is described for plastic and paper bags, you have to gather the information of when those products are made, do they create a toxic chemical during the process of manufacturing? So for paper bag, trees contribute to providing a life for wildlife habitats and contribute to reducing global warming, so removing them will have the opposite effect, when creating these bags. Additionally, so much energy is used to make these plastic and paper bags, and energy is created from mainly fossil fuels, which also contribute to global warming/climate change. So think about: - A lot of energy is used, how does that contribute to negative impacts? - During the process of gaining raw materials, what things are being affected? - Life cycle means like a constant cycle of manufacturing something, and the process of what happens to that product when it is no longer needed (e.g. landfills) keyword LIFE - So basically, as a summary, life cycle assessment is the assessing of all the parts or processes of when somethings is made.

life cycle assessment is when the lifetime of a product is assessed to see how it impacted the environment

What have you done with all the old playlists? Hope you have had a good Christmas.

Thanks and you too. I've removed them as they were for the old spec. I want people to be able to find the correct video easily and loads of unneeded playlists didn't make any sense. The old videos are still on the channel but they're not in playlists.
