Russian troll Gdansk was a Polish mist for 700 years and 295 years with interruptions in the hands of Prussia. The architecture is not even in the "German style" . The Old Town was completely rebuilt after World War II and this process has continued until now.
@clint00727 ай бұрын
@@gawel281 Of course it's typical german style. And you know why? Because the city belongs to germany. BTW I am not even russian and I condemn putin for starting the war. Its completely useless. However this doesn't chamge the fact the danzig originally was a german town long befor poland took it in 1454.

One of the most beautiful city on Earth. Maybe Asian megacities delight with their modernity, American ones delight with their grandeur, but this city has a soul and looks like something from a medieval computer game. Wonderful

It is really important to start a conversation about Poland with their clasic literature. And the best way to understand the poles to read Tomasz Gross's book "Golden Harvest" because it provides valuable insights into an often overlooked aspect of Poland's way of life.

@user-hb1tt9fq3x... Gdańsk jest miastem polskim . Zawsze nim był. Owszem był okupowany ale przez Niemców. W swej historii dłużej był w polskich granicach , to historycznie polskie miasto. Duch niemiecki został skutecznie zburzony i spalony przez twoich Niemców i sowietów. Polacy odbudowali to miasto przywracając mu jedynie polski harakter i akcenty a hejnał o pełnych godzinach gra " nie będzie Niemiec pluł nam w twarz..." A teraz wyp.....aj.
