Thank you for explaining that the E bracket will even itself out over time. I was always forcing the speed or angle of the plane to be in the middle of the E bracket but then I'd be too high and off the AoA. I'm so glad I found your videos!

Your issue with Warthog is due to its design, pitch/roll axis on this stick are coupled due to how the gimbal is constructed - so pitch will inevitably bleed into roll. You can't really do anything about it (except being incredible "lucky" as you said, but coupling still be there, just minimized). Cam design gimbals (Virpil/VKB) don't have this limitation and some cheaper sticks like x52 have better axis separation.

Just a thought about your controls setup, if it were me, I would use the in-game controls setup page to see the indicators for the x and y / pitch and roll axis to see if there really is a dead zone working for you and also, practice moving the stick around and see what those indicators are telling you. I know you said your using the TM settings but, not sure why you don't use the settings and adjustments within DCS? Good luck.

I didn't feel that the controls indicator was providing enough fine detail.
