GE, Hotpoint dishwasher timer replacement

I'm pissed that my 2.5 year old dishwasher already requires a $50 replacement part, but I am happy that I was able to hunt it down and install it myself. This video helped me diagnose the problem so I could be sure I was buying the right thing. Thanks a lot!

Anyway that you can explain how the dispenser release timer lever connects to the timer? I pulled my timer out a week ago and finally got the new timer and I don't remember how to connect the timer lever.

You've probably done put it back together by now but in case anybody else wondered how to put the timer back together with the dispenser lever the answer is at 3:26. The timer has to be at the OFF position then you just pop the door liner back on without worrying about the lever or anything else. Sorry for the long time to answer took me a year long hiatus from appliance repair and tried doing worldly things lol like truck driving and Salesforce Administration.
