Gealdýr - Druí (Official Music Video)

Much knowledge has been lost about the Druí (Meaning Druid in Old Irish, also called Old Gaelic) since it’s believed that it was forbidden for Druids to record their knowledge in written form. “Druí” weaves ancient symbols with modern musical elements to portray the Druids profound understanding of the earth’s cycles, celebrated during solstices and equinoxes, embodying their belief in the cyclic nature of life, death, and rebirth.

Hey Gealdyr, I don't know if you will read this but I just wanted to tell you once that when around the time Gimle came out my grandfather died. He was like a true father to me and I remember I was sad at first, logically, but then as I saw your video I remembered that he indeed wanted to see his wife and son again who had already died. He had peace, and because of that song I had peace too. The one family member I loved the most had passed and the power of your songs gave me peace in that dark moment. Thank you for that, I want you to know how strong songs can be. Especially the ones you make. 😊

I believe the first step to being grounded on the Earth is to recognize that we do not live on a planet, but the Earth as the center of our universe, and everything else revolves around it. The cosmology taught to us in school is meant to demoralize us to be easier under control of those who would have us as servants, with them, our masters. We need to recognize that where we live, and ourselves as mortal beings, were placed here by a higher entity, or group of entities, and world that we live in was made for our dwelling place as long as we are living a material existence.
