The manual instructions Are very cryptic. I finally figured it out with videos. I got to the backward C but did not know how to Set the temperature. It needs to say that you set the temperature by pushing upper oven, bake, Number 2 or whatever number you want on the chart, and start. When you press these Buttons after the backward c appears, There is no noise or beeps to indicate you have done anything and there is also a 30 second delay Before the oven goes on so a person feels they did nothing. If you know there are no sounds and there is a delay before it turns on then it makes sense but nothing tells us that

The idea of Sabbath Mode is that the display doesn't change because you can't "write" on the Sabbath, and starting or stopping the oven directly is not allowed because the Torah forbids kindling or extinguishing a fire, which is why there is a 30-60 second delay, so you're doing it by "indirect action."

Pushing the 90 did not clear my other it's still locked when you're close the door and makes a noise what is the problem

You only use Sabbath mode if you're Jewish and observing strict rules for the Sabbath. No one will force you to use it. It's an added feature, not a mandatory one.

that's not a backwards C, it's the letter Chaf (the first letter in the Hebrew word for "Kosher") I'm curious why a stove or oven would need a Sabbath mode though since while mixing food is allowed, the action of heating it is forbidden.

Leaving it on so you can take something out on shabbos. Not for putting in, which as you pointed out, is forbidden.

But it isn’t being heated it’s being kept warm is the technicality also no additional button pushing is involved so therefore you’re not operating the electronic. No I’m not a Jew that’s just what I’ve read (was looking at a new stove and wondered what this feature was about). Do you know answer probably cause of the backwards see because people might see the symbol (somehow it accidentally gets activated) and not know the Jewish alphabet

I wonder how many people order a replacement controller board because of this ridiculous mode. My wife accidentally activated it by wiping the control panel last night. If she were older and a widow, she would have called an appliance repair person, and we ALL KNOW that an unscrupulous repair person would take an old widow for everything they can.
