I want to start by appreciating the time and effort you take to produce inspiring mechanical videos. Your channel is my favorite for technical learning of mechanic, especially with vehicle equipped with electronic control units like in Mercedes Actros. Sir, I would really love to be able to identify each and every one of this control units and the role the play on the vehicle. Your videos have been of great help to me as a technician learning mechanic in heavy duty trucks. Actros 1844 LS_EEV Model 2014 with automatic transmission. It has a problem during the drive. If We drive in automatic gear or manual gear (it shift the gear in neutral by it self in any time) and there is no any fault codes, we also use the xentry diagnostic software but is show everything smooth. Do you have any idea what is the actual problem. Can you suggest how to drive actros when it is caring Fuel load 25ton (use manual gear or automatic gear)

most trouble of this kind of transmission is electrical some wires looking like good but the inside wire is cut especially when there is a wire on moving place try to check the splitter and gear switch wire continuity.

Hi, can you help me please...on my Mercedes Axor, It can not enter to rear/ back gear, all other gears work well...I took air/refilled with oil twice but after 5 minutes it doesn't enter again...

If you have a problem with the gear shift lever sensor also the same happen as what you are complaining then also try to check the gearshift solenoid valve and make sure that no oil leak on your gearshift pipeline and check the gearshift cylinder maybe internal leak to the piston seal

vaden repair kit is no problem just be careful with the oil you are using never mix any type of oil or else you will damage the rubber seal

Hi. My mercedes atego 1823 2002 truck with hydraulic shift is not engaging reverse gear but all the other gears are working okay. If you push it to the end to select reverse it only selects gear number 2 instead seems its not get far enough to select reverse
