Regarding necklaces, the best healer necklace out at the moment is Jindo's evil eye. +11 Intellect +5 Stamina +6 Spirit +44 Healing

Two things Roly. Trinket Weapon You need the 13 damage on hit trinket from rag. You also need Hakkari manslayer from ZG. (Steals life)

Also my talent spec is holy/ret with points in parrying, improved critical hit chance with mele weapons (more for pvp) but also persuit of justice which gives a 8% movement speed to both mounted and unmounted movement speed, gather up zombies in WPL, dismount, turn around and backwalk into more mobs before ending inside house or barn to avoid getting hit in the back which does extra damage and can daze. Also ZG enchants are great along with a minor rep reward (repeatable) for spirit of zalaza which gives an insane 50+ to both stamina and spirit! It's dirt cheap for one of those rep turn ins for Zandalar tribe rep, it's great and a major upgrade to have while farming or raiding, lasts for 2 hours btw.

for healing necks, there is the Jindo's Evil Eye out of ZG now. which is better for healing than firelord. but also on the other hand MC has been out for a while, guild will probably be more willing to hand chokers out for solo now

I do have a couple questions, I mostly do stocks and was wandering about the hands gear that immunes to disarm also my talents are 30 into holy I don’t have holy shock bc I don’t pvp and mana is to much for pve but I have talent into the shield buff talent (sorry don’t remember what it’s called. Hi John, thanks for the comment & kinds words. Massively appreciate it & am glad you enjoyed it :D So for the gloves, the ones that do make you immune for disarm are great for stockades! So if you have a pair that can do that, use them for stockades (not sure which other dungeons disarm, but i'd only use it for them) Blessing of Sanctuary, my views on this are mixed. It's fantastic for helping keep you up. Really good for dealing some extra damage each time you block also. Although, for dishing out some big burst single target damage every few, Holy Shock is great,. Not only that but it's amazing for pvp and the instant 700+ crit heal won't go a miss either. Wich ever you go for, is up to you. I know what I like and that's Holy Shock :D Hope this helps!

What if you get a bunch of Boes with block rate, and just use the blessing to reflect dmg + spikes on shield.

Then you'd be blocking a lot and reflecting damage. As for weather its more effective. That's a different matter, and down to personal preference and gameplay style

Is this all doable with gear that most people might find impossible to obtain? I mean getting T2 raid gear might impossible for some people like myself. The most fun I have playing WoW is gold farming which ive done successfully as a mage. I am wondering which gold farming spots are possible with lower ranked gear? perhaps even pre raid items mostly blues.

What do you think of Briarwood + ZHC? They both help in doing aoe damage aswell as keeping you alive. You steal more life with demon chest and skullflame shield (even more with hakkari manslayer).

Depends what you're after & your personal gameplay preference. Ret/Reck would be for those who enjoy the "insta-kill" where as my spec here is mainly there with gold farming in mind. Although despite me being a noob at PvP you can see it holds off fairly nice. You can come close to 1 shoting lower hp players with the right trinkets/items/cd's. This spec also will keep you alive a little longer than the Ret/Reck route too I believe. As I say, each to their own and what ever you prefer to play with Mr J. Thanks for the comment! :D

I can only speak for myself and I could be wrong but I don't think your talent spec is optimal, improved judgment of light is kinda unnessisary since the debuff on your target refreshes every time you hit it and while it depends on the mobs your fighting, I tend to farm the zombies at WPL and when im low on health I bubble, holy light, consecrate (so cooldown starts ticking) holy wrath, perhaps one or two flash of light before bubble ends them I target the mob with the most health to judge seal of light on them and wack em with weapon and consecrate till they are all dead, perhaps throw a heal or a whipper root to heal myself if need be, sometimes i need a major health potion but the biggest issue I have farming open world is gankers, competition for mobs and those annoying scarlet teams that randomly pop up now and then.

Don't take this the wrong way mate, but I kind of feel like a parrot at the moment. I said straight up in the video - "It's not changed since I dinged 60, it was made without any thought other than to fit all things I'd be doing in classic at the time. Also that it's not the best spec for this & I have a much more improved version to this on the Project Paladin Discord server - It's there to let you know even with the worst holy spec & worst player behind the wheel, you can still aoe farm effectively" It's entirely up to you what spec or your rotation & gear and such. This is purely what I do, and what/how I enjoy to play and it's there for anybody who would like to follow suit and try it out. Thank's for the comments, hopefully that's cleared it up a little :D

Great video, but I'm just not feeling it with your spec. I think you are trying to do too much with it and it ends up being a hot mess that tries to do everything but not optimal in anything. IMHO, you should be holy/AOE or holy/PVP rather than holy/PVP/AOE. You're just rank 7 so let's face it that it ain't never gonna happen so PVP should go. If you did holy/AOE, you should pick BoSanc over Holy Shock every day of the week. Again let the PVP dream go. Let the druids be responsible for the emergency heals. It's sort of like paying too much attention to the gear while being too lazy to pay 10 gold for Tribute buffs because world buffs matter a whole lot more than the gear. BoSanc is so huge versus gear or BoSanc may allow you to make different gear choices that are much more optimal.

You're right on that front mate, it's got to be one of the other. I don't really have the time to pvp for 5+ hours a day either, so maybe I should let it go. With regards to which spec you choose though, it's up to you. Either or is fine IMO. Holy Shock works great, so does BoS. As mentioned in the video, my spec hasn't changed since I dinged 60 and made the quick "jack of all trades" build you see in this video. It's stayed like that on purpose as I say, if I can make the lesser version of a real Holy spec do the job to a good standard. Then most people would have a breeze of a time with the correct spec & better skills than myself. Thank's for the comment bro, glad you liked the video :D

"it ends up being a hot mess " That's a bit harsh. Blizzard didn't make the paladin an optimal class. I think it's clear Blizzard spent the least amount of time developing Paladin's talents, spells and scaling. Whenever my mage gets an upgrade it notice the amount of damage I do right away, but when I use Blessing of Sanctuary, I'm not really sure how much damage, if any, is being mitigated because it's such a small amount. The same with Holy Shock when I got Lok'amir il Romathis I thought "alright now I'll do some amazing damage", but the truth is only judgement of righteous seemed to scale. At the very least Holy shock give the paladin a ranged ability and a button to press. Perhaps I should move all my gold to my paladin and move them over to the PTR if it's up and do some testing with different specs, but I just can't be bothered right now.

Exactly right, the class is not anywhere near as good as it will become later down the road with the likes of TBC and Wrath. It's essentially in it's "baby stages in classic" With proper specs and gear, it really does begin to show and hold it's own though. In ZG you can get +27 spd back In ZG you can get +44 healing necklace In Strat you can get anti-disarm hands. It's very useful I thinks, 2 rings from ZG are better Lok'amir is better than your weapon Your build is not best, you can't raid without "Spiritual focus" and "Impruved Lay of Hands". If you are good paladin of course.

By which you mean the Cloak of Consumption right? It's actually +23 dmg with +1% hit acording to wowhead, the issue lays in the stats with that though. It has no stamina unfortunately. The only cloaks that are better, are from AQ. But let's be honest. I doubt a Paladin would get their hands on them. In some situations, Lok'amir might be. Sure, my spec in this video isn't as optimal as the other ones I made. As mentioned. It's to show how do-able it is with a less optimised spec. But I have raided all content in classic so far and got on just fine so I don't think Spiritual Focus is essential, same for Improved Lay on Hands.

"Lok'amir is better than your weapon" As if they are falling from the sky and all he needs to do is pick it up. The gear someone has isn't only determined by what loot bosses can drop. A boss has the drop the loot and a player has to get it. i've ran every BWL lockout since it came out and Lok'amir dropped once. Also damage and heal gear goes to casters first normally. And finally there are 6-8 rings that drop in ZG.

Yep, as nice as the extra armour % is from that talent. It's none essential for any kind of raid healing or AoE farming IMO. I've never been asked to make use of it even before a boss fight for the tanks. Also, I do say in the video I had the Improved Seal of Righteousness because I like to pvp, which it's good for if you're holy. Spiritual Focus can be very useful for AoE farming though, but as seen in most of my videos it isn't 100% needed. Remember, the purpose of this video is not about healing, it's about AoE farming as a holy paladin.
