Fsk skates were ahead of there time with the freeskate market,the liner can be removed-unscrew from the rear of the cuff and give a good pull the heel shock pad is replacable and they did loads of generations of the fsk boots recentley picked up some s-labs myslef

It would be really interesting to King Soul those FSK's and skate them with an aggressive frame!

as you know ive been following you for a year now . watched every video and listened to all the podcasts (except the history of aggresive special. i got that on my mp3 player to listen to next) i have to say. your very professional. that was what i was looking for. you conduct yourself in a very professional manner. a great example here is the comparison between the Reign and Skinny Boy liners. the detail you go into and thought behind the whole back to blading project is top notch. in fact i am carivng a new notch just above the old notch in your name. haha. all the best.

Good luck with the REMZ. They are different than anything you've ever tried. Also, the cuffs and buckles are compatible with RAZORS. You can switch REMZ v-cut and Razors cuffs easily to suit your ankle's needs.

I'm a dummy. Apparently Razors now makes a v-cut as well. Just sayin that they are both from Sunshine distribution and are compatible cuff/bolts/strap

To the dude who had the issue with the Eulogy Haffey wheels, I had the same issue as have many others. The issue is the core on some of the wheels. The bearings don't sit right and then the wheels rub.
@sawomirg.87075 жыл бұрын
You can take out the the liner - remove the screw on the cuff first.

maybe there is an argument for manufacturer offering a bare boot only option, i can feel an episode of "will it grind" coming along if you want to see what you can do with those frames!!!

I have the same FSK skates, which has been in my shed for years! The skate has this rivet at the back ankle cuff, has anyone drilled this out to allow the ankle to flex forward? I see some freestyle skates that can allow forward flex and am wondering if Salomon designed this so that you can choose to allow your skate to have more forward / back ankle flex?

I think so, but I’ve never tried it myself.

Just to let you know Solomon sold their mold to Roces. Check out Roces Element 50, that's Solomon boot. Later on they made Element 52, I own one, but boot wasn't that great, so I suppose that's why they stopped making it.
@BacktoBlading5 жыл бұрын
Oh interesting. I’ll look into that. Thanks

@@BacktoBlading Did you find out anything about the old ST mold? There is currently a discussion about the Roces Element 52 going on on r/rollerblading (www.reddit.com/r/rollerblading/comments/grobn4/salomon_st10_and_roces_element_52_same_shell/)

@@BacktoBlading that's kinda how I feel about hard Shell skates in general. My approach is to find a liner you really like that fits great then try some shells, next try different frames and wheels. For the value I really like Seba standard liners and flying eagle liners, they work great in a lot of different shells, the seba liners have a velcro heel shock that is removable and low profile for tuning in heel raise/pitch. Some shells will fit one person much better than another. For example I have too much side to side room in the Seba FR 1 as it's a wide skate. I fit great in flying eagle F6 as they are more narrow in the forefoot

Liners in deflectors are removable you need to unscrew it , frame holds max 76mm wheels not 80mm like you said, pleas prepare better, before you describe something new for you, because it souds stupid for people who know these models.
@BacktoBlading5 жыл бұрын
Weird, the frames say 80mm max on them. Think it’s a misprint?
