All, there is a mistake at 52.00, where the middle term is not 28. It should be 14. (as the middle term is xy, as per the identity.

I have a query regarding the second last question you completed (Solve the following equation for n…) You said that -2 is not equal to the square root of 4. However (-2)^2 = 4. Therefore (-2) = root 4 right?

Yesterday, I missed to say one extra sentence with that question :) You are absolutely correct. -2 squared is 4. But the question says n is an element of N. Hence we eliminate the negative number.
