What about after level 45?

After 45, just focus on daily quests, tasks and run the nulgath challenge with the defeat nulgath quest. It's around 2% per turn in.

Start with masquerade in side story. Has scaled gear for newer players

Masquerade takes way too long because there's a part of the quest early on that has the RNG mob spawns which can take up to half and hour. Going to Seleden forest at lvl 10 or earlier, you can get a full set of scaled gear in about 10 - 15 minutes maximum.
