Thanks mate! Super helpful video. As a drummer, I didn't really want to go wireless not to have to spend too much but after watching this video I might get this set.

Purchased these to be able to wander around the studio livestreaming while playing keyboard based on this review. You deserve more subscribers! At the very least, you've got one more now. Just subscribed to you today. ;) Have a good one. -Cory

Hey thanks mate, kind words :-) I was asked to put together a couple of vids for the website during the pandemic so there is literally only a couple at the moment, but might get around to doing some more for them, just needs some bits to review! Hope they work for you - a year on I'm still using mine and OK so far.

@@empedamusic1825 So far I've used it successfully on my first livestream on my KZbin channel (the one on this account). I'm actually surprised how presentable the earbuds are. Granted, they're not Shure in ear quality, but I was honestly expecting 99p style tinny, unlistenable crap. I'll be doijg another livestream tomorrow evening and give it another go. So far, so good! A bit of hiss, that doesn't wind up in the recordings themselves obviously, but that's fine.

Cheers. An informative review. I bought it but will now change the headphones in the hope I can get better sound for on stage. I am a bass player.

What headphones will you get? I'm also a bass player and want these

Really helpful - thanks. I am looking at buying at your review just gives a warts and all perspective!

No worries, thank you. Yeah - I mean, they are definitely 'cheap', if you were doing hundreds of gigs a year I doubt they'd cut it, but for everyday, studio, practicing, odd pub etc. they're absolutely fine, especially at the price. :-)

@@empedamusic1825 Yeah makes sense - we are definitely in the latter category at the moment. We can always upgrade if things get more 'serious'!

Have you found any amount of Fuzz or distortion on vocals or anything?

Is it a stereo mix or dual mono system?

What if i’d get this and change the inears with some shure se215’s. Would that make it much better or does the sending device make the difference?
@empedamusic18253 жыл бұрын
With something on this price scale, you will always lose a bit with the sending device, however, I would say that it is the phones that make the biggest difference. The Shure's will make a massive difference, but it's never going to be as good as a more professional bit of kit. Basically, I can't say for sure, but I do think with that set of phones you would have a very usable system.

@YYIVURecords9 ай бұрын
xlr to mono jack cable , it’ll aux into the back as a jack input . maybe watch your output level if its a send designed for passive speakers , this thing is designed for line level .

im thinking of buying it for my stage performance do u think it would work well if i dance too ? and should i buy it ?
@empedamusic18254 жыл бұрын
Hi there - the short answer is yes. I bought mine just before the COVID lockdown, so only managed to do one real gig with it, but I have been using it for practices for the last 9 months or so. We practice in a large hall, and although I don't dance, I do move around a lot and don't have a problem with it. Basically, it comes down to money. If you've got a spare £200-300, then yes, there are much better options out there, but if you haven't - it works perfectly well. The headphones are very cheap, so personally, I've had to update them, but it still works out cheaper than anything else if you do that. In terms of dancing, the clip on the receiver is quite decent, it doesn't move around, so I think you should be fine. :-)
