Hello… I buy the 2din gearelec 7001 at 25/11/2023 from a seller on alliexpress. I have a problem about one month now. It stop reading mp4 (it used to read the same mp4 from the same usb and tf card )only from usb stick and tf card and it doesn’t work the mirror link. It reads now only mp3. My questions is: 1. Is there a firmware or a software to download it from somewhere and make an update or a format to the unit via usb stick? And 2. Have your product warranty? And for how long? 1

Very poor quality of video…at reverse cam you don’t see almost anything. Bad product…after 7 month stop reading mp4 properly and mirror link. It stuck and you must turn of the car so it start again. Only radio and mp3 don’t have problem. And for the best after-sales guarantee they say???!!!! They don’t exist.. I try to find them and they don’t exist…only on social networks and there they don’t even answer questions. I will throw it garbage…

Mirroling/android auto maupun liwat USB tdk betfungsi sy barusan beli yg gearelec 10 inchi,4gb,ram23. Parahhhh.Headunit 7inchi merek lain berfungsi, mirroling setelah diganti dgn headunit gearelec 10 inchi tsb malah tdk berfungsi. Wkwk wk😜😜👎👎
