I'm from Slovakia, we bought 4 new pieces of Gearelec GX12, which is quite a high order, the manufacturer misleads about the range and the quality of the call, the real range in an open environment is barely up to 100 m, on one motorcycle, the rider and passenger cannot hear each other even at a speed of 40 km. the Gearelec service is unprofessional and does not know/does not want to express himself clearly about the mentioned matter, it is not a cheap device, I am even more angry, I absolutely do not recommend buying any device from this brand!

How do I disable auto-answer phone call? It is not flashing red 3 times when I hold down M and Multifunction button 😢

Cancel auto answer: If you don't need the auto answer function, you can press (Multifunction) + [M keys simultaneously to disable or enable the auto answer function (auto answer is turned on by default) LED status: when auto answer is turned on , the blue light flashes 3 times; when the auto answer is off, the red light flashes 3 times,

@@datvik7187 I did and it is so easy. Just hold the "M" and the "mutli-function" (which is the button that has a phone symbol on it) button at the same time for half a second. There will be three quick red flashes if you do it properly. Lmk if you did it.
