I totally agree that this gear is going to be out scaled pretty quickly, but currently gearing to 585-590 is pretty easy and it'll make lvl 8 Delves easier on Tuesday!

@@LeetLife I plan on doing 4 delves per day on my main before I go into any Dungeon/Raid, because lvl 8 Delves drop ilvl 603 gear which is better than Normal Raid/Mythic 5!

Delves is actually the highest source of gear barring heroic raid, just make sure u get them to level 8 with “normal” delves before you go into the “empowered” ones.

I'm not really sure about Hpal, but for WW Monk the best weapons come from raid. I crafted these just to make whatever I do next week easier. I'd probably look at what wowhead says to do for your crafts/bis weapons!

also another optional, you don't have to crafted 590 gears. you can wait until m+ and raid it drops 593lvl as well. with that being said, save your gold.

I don't understand, when I go and look up those items, for instance the rings, or the tracker's chitin cuffs, they are ilvl 515 and doesn't mention that they are upgradable. How do you get those ilvl 590 items?

When you submit a crafting order for an item it will be its base level which isn't very high. At the bottom of the item crafting order there are 3 slots: - a missive slot which lets you put specific secondary stats on an item - an embellishment slot which lets the item have a unique effect - a crest slot/spark slot which lets you put in a crafted crest or spark which increases the ilvl of the crafted item In order to craft 590 items you need Enchanted Weathered Harbinger Crests. Hopefully this helps!

I use plater and more specifically the one Quazii puts out each season. I'm pretty sure it makes ally name plates larger and changes the color based on class. I'm not 100% sure but that should be it haha

New player, realizing some people go hard in this game 😂. Great vid though thank you, gave me some ideas for maxing out in the future. I currently have 10/14 slots adventure gear and 569ilvl but saving my valor stones and crests for season 1 in case i get some good veteran or champion drops. Should be minimum raid ready at 580 pretty quickly though. Don't think i have any reknown high enough for the pieces they offer and only 3k resonance anyways

That's awesome! Saving valorstones and crests is probably a good idea, that way you can spend them once you get better gear. If you have time today, you should try to get some of the questlines done across the new zones, each completed questline gives 500 rep each. Make sure to have the darkmoon faire buff!

i stopped at 585... i feel like i could go to 592 or a little more if i tried, but i don't think its worth it... too many crest wasted on gear that its going to be replaced it was bothering me how the valorstone is capped at 2000 i must have farmed like 12.000 since i upgrade all my pvp stuff, all my pve stuff, i replaced my pve stuff and reupgraded, and then i tried to upgrade adn disenchant purple ite ms to make extra golds but it snot very lucrative, and thats it.

Ya I totally get that! 585 is a solid ilvl and I think it'll be more than enough for most of normal raid, Idk about heroic ect.

I am lost with retail now. The last time I played retail late 2019 roughly and only did leveling for two characters in BFA. I did play the beta of Shadow Lands and Dragon Flight for a few levels but then after TBC classic came out, I switched back and got a Paladin to level 70 before quitting until Cata Classic came out. I have put about 5 hours into retail this last couple days dinking around and have done a few dungeons and got about 5 levels on two characters. So far, it has been fun but the ui is so small and feels clunky to me. I have been looking for a classic looking ui and scale but have yet to find one. I probably will just quit wow entirely now, that is unless I can get the ui to a flow and scale that I like. To others who are thinking about coming back, I honestly think it would be best to start a fresh level one. There are TONS of people who have done this because it has been so long since they have played.

I'm pretty new to the game, but I did play all the way back in classic and I get it. It can be a lot coming back to the game with all this new stuff and you really have to be invested to spend the time to learn it all by watching videos, reading stuff on wowhead, and having friends to help you out. The good thing about WoW UI is that you can make it exactly how you want it to be and there are tons of templates you can copy and change online as well. I really cant help with that, because I just run stock UI with a few weakauras for my class, but I'm sure someone on the r/WowUI can help!

Bartender and edit mode. Graphics option "use ui scale." I dusted off my warlock, 11 year absence and I'm I lvl 585 right now. It's really the same game it's always been.

There should not be a cap on Weathered crests. It is basically for garbage gear, which is what Adventurer gear is.

Ya weathered crests end up being used for nothing after 2 weeks, but at that point you have so many that it's pretty much uncapped.

Those azerite orbs drop 1-2 crests each if you're not capped. They rotate every so often in each zone, but the best one to farm them in is hallowfall.

I am slightly confused. Is it really hard to gear to 590? I thought I wasn’t goin hard, haven’t spent my alts crests but my 3 alts are 580 with my main at 592. I will say I hate doing the pet battle WQ for rep but it has been good with warbound and rares dropping warbound adventure level loot usually around 574/577

It's actually super easy to get to 585+ with just crafted pieces and a couple of heroic dungeon drop trinkets. This expansion launch has been really chill without any crazy grinds!

Yes, do all this, then you do what I did. Do the quest by the upgrade dude. Trade your 15 good crest for the shittier wretched quests. Then do this with all 120 good crest. THEN trade all these shitty crest to even shittier unit from the enchanter...

Soo my renown is all around rank 5 , sounds like I need to focus more on doing world quests or something. What rank does the renown gear unlock?

I believe most of the gear unlocks around rank 7-9 renown. Make sure you do all of the Sojourner Achievements for each zone, because they give you 500 rep for each completed questline. Also world quests, treasure, and rares all give really good rep. Now is probably the best time to do it with Darkmoon Faire going on!

For 590, you don't need to use a spark. You just need an Enchanted Weathered Harbinger Crest!

how did you even find a guild to do raiding with? i feel like all the guilds i join dont do raids or already have a full raid team. really want to do heroic but pugging sounds miserable. also what addons are you using? i have the ones from your old video but you have some newer ones that look nice like the enchant on character page

I joined my current raiding guild Season 2 of Dragonflight and I found them on the guild recruitment discord. You should give that discord a shot and see if you can find something you like. A lot of guilds are going to look at logs, so it might be a good idea to trial for a few guilds next week that way going into Mythic you have some heroic logs that people can reference! You can also make a raider.io and warcraftlogs recruiting profile, that way you'll come up when people look for your class.

The reality is more like this: i585: FREE! i586: 10k i587: 50k i588: 150k i589: 250k i590: 500k Made up numbers, but you get the point. You're spending INSANE amounts of money for each ONE level of gear ... in a range that just doesn't matter for anyone but RWF players. Joe Average can run i580 and be fine. Stuff is just too expensive right now to bother with 0.001% gains in output.

@@shamanimalist Semantics. Yes, you can get to 590 without really spending gold, but that's not what this video is about. The video is also ENCHANTING his gear, adding gems, etc. You're not doing that for free. Also, the video is about being EFFICIENT with your crests, which is to get gear crafted by someone else and using Awakened Crests to upgrade that gear. That's not free. The OP dropping 100k g PER CHR like it was so much silver. And then did it MULTIPLE times. lol Yeah, most people are going to do what you and Harvey did, which is to MERELY get the same iLevel. But you are no where near what the OP has done. Enchants, gems, etc are what truly makes you "i590." Do you show up to raid without flasks and potions? Why bother? They don't affect your iLevel... right?? gg

Pretty sure you just get that when you use xuen. You can get the helmet from MOP, its called "Shadow-Pan Hat" Hopefully that helps

as a casual i played until i got everything on 571 heroic gear. cant say i am pumped to play wow. I have lost all my interest in farming renown, or gear or transmogs - so what really does the game offer me now ? I guess i am just not the target audience anymore or just simply exhausted of wow

I think it's about what your goals are and if you're having fun. Do you want to raid Mythic, do M+, pvp ect, and based on that you have something to work towards. At the end of the day if you're not having fun anymore then maybe it's time to take a break. There are a ton of $10-$20 indie games on steam that you can easily slam 100hrs+ into!

The way I've made gold this expansion: - Sell pvp patterns from battleground crates - Selling herbs and ores from open world - Selling Superb Beast Fangs (These use to sell for 50-60k a few days ago but crashed) There's still a ton of money out there to be made from harvestable and random pattern/recipe drops!

You get it for doing the "Awakening The Machine" weekly quest in The Ringing Deeps. I don't think it was out last week, but you should definitely go do it!

Gearing up is so easy you can probably do all of that in 1-2 afternoons and wait for heroic week to drop! If you plan on pugging into groups for M0s/delves it will be harder to get picked with a lower ilvl.
