Not all Roblox avatar items are as harmless as you might think. In fact, there are certain gears and hats that can actually do some pretty insane things, including destroying players, destroying maps, and even destroying servers. This isn't clickbait. Today, I'm going to be discussing avatar items that have the power to completely destroy any Roblox game you play.

There was one that you overlooked and one that many of us had actually fallen victim to. The Flame Mohawk has a particle script that emits an orange flame which, unfortunately, can spread to any part in a game with a simple firespread script. As the flame spreads from part to part, it creates a lot of lag until, ultimately, the player disconnects. I believe this affected the In The Heights event a couple years ago. This is unlikely to happen in a Frontpage game, but more inexperienced developers using the free model toolbox have had this issue at least once.

the silly guitar crashing is done via spam re-equipping and unequipping. basically, the weld is in a singular variable, this is very abusable, because the re-equipping and unequipping allows for a delay that keeps the weld instead of destroying it on re-equipping, allowing for a LOT of welds to keep in the torso. it's a simple overlook and is fixed by replacing the variable with a table that removes every weld. it should be noteworthy this is no longer done as the silly guitar has been long-broken and the most popular silly guitar script on the toolbox(?) supplies a fix for this doing the exact thing i've said, so you probably shouldn't bother checking for yourself

I've always been a huge fan of Periastrons and had this exciting idea to create a game centered around collecting them and embarking on a thrilling adventure to grow more powerful. Picture a PvP mode where you could choose your favorite Periastron to master, reminiscing the fun I had with these swords during past little RP sword tournaments with my friends. It was an absolute blast! I particularly enjoyed wielding Sonar Seeking against Noir or Chartreuse against the Ivory, especially since the latter's shield could block those little homing suns! Sorry for going off on a tangent there, but I genuinely loved and still do love playing with these gears! P.S. Let me tell you, the Chaos Edge in Telamonster is just as overpowered, if not more so, than the Periastrons. Those who know, they know!

Uncommon Fact: As part of the original series, there were two more Periastron variants planned - the Hazel and Fuscia Periastron, representing brown and pink colors respectively. Among them, only the Rainbow Periastron had its compatibility coded for, featuring a unique ability that allowed players to jump very high with the help of a rock propelling them upwards from the ground. The code for this ability still remains in the game, though it was never fully implemented for Hazel or Fuscia. Unfortunately, the development of the Fuscia Periastron didn't progress beyond the modeling stage, leaving it with only default attacks and lunges shared by all Periastrons. The intriguing part is that both Hazel and Fuscia do make an appearance in the peri-laser ability of the Rainbow Periastron, adding their respective colors to the beam despite their individual features not being fully realized. Which is such a shame oof.

There is another gear you might have forgotten, its called Telamonster: the Chaos Edge and it is really overpowered. It has 4 attacks, the normal swing, lunge attack which creates a decently long fire trail that can hurt players, an attack that actuvates by pressing the e key which sets players on fire, and the most overpowered of them all, the q attack which makes a shockwave that can cover 50% of the map and locks any player close to it and usually instantly kills them. There are counters for this attack tho, the green periastrons shield gives you enough regen to survive the shockwave. It is still a pretty overpowered weapon tho imo.

Here's a fun fact from the wiki: "The Ultimate Swords series consists of limited unique melee gear created by Sorcus that have extremely powerful abilities. Seven swords were planned to be released, however only two of these [Telamonster: the Chaos Edge and Crescendo: the Soul Stealer] were published before the series came to an abrupt halt in 2012." Both of them are super overpowered and it's a real shame that the series ended early like that. I would have loved to see what the other 5 swords were. 2:30 the blue periastron also has an alternate ability which is a parry, the next damage you reciece you send back to the attacker and take 0 damage. my favourite periastron also, the rainbow periastron can use the other periastons abilities, although a weaker variant, given you have said periastron in your inventory.

I remember playing TheGamer101’s Sword Fighting Minigame and two people joined the game. One had an exclusive gear which was the Sapphire Blaster, which made playing the mini games more tormenting. It was a gear that bypassed the No Gear Allowed rule.

I renember there used to be a free gear called 'Birth of the Dragon Nunchucks' that let you kill people but was still considered a 'Social Gear' meaning it could bypass restrictions You could terrorise people in 'Social Gear only' games like 'Make a Cake and Feed the Giant Noob' and they couldn't fight back unless they had the same gear

There are a few other hats that could break a game in less spectacular ways. For example, there are a few hats that have scripts which play sounds, such as the Transient Harmonica. These can get kind of annoying, especially in something like a free admin game where you can give every player on the server a harmonica. Also, sometimes I come across a harmonica owner in something like an event game or a front page game, and it can be really jarring and out of place to hear a random harmonica. There are also some hats which emit light, which could be used to ruin things like horror games which depend on darkness to be fun/scary. Around a year ago, Roblox released a telephone back accessory as a gift card item. There was a glitch where the accessory's mesh would be huge in R6 mode, around three times as tall as a player. You could use this to troll, blocking people's views of things. Finally, while not a hat or gear, Roblox released a free emote called the "Hyperfast 5G Dance Move" as part of a sponsored event. This emote would make your avatar shuffle forward, then return to your original spot. The issue was this emote could be used to make you walk through a wall. You could easily use shift lock in order to clip through any wall in games with emotes enabled. Roblox very quickly took notice, and only around a day after the emote was originally released, it was changed so you just shuffle in place. Keep in mind this was an emote anyone could get pretty easily for free in an event game, so pretty much anyone was able to clip through any wall in any game with emotes enabled. I'm very happy it got patched quickly.

i think you forgot about the combo of the descendants spray can and a certain happy sun gear, which would let you flat out fling parts of a map, anchored or not, out like mad, it was a bit of an oldie but i remember seeing absolute chaos with it in catalog heaven.

there's another one that me and my brother found while testing overpowered gears from the catalog called laser finger pointers. what it does is you have three laser pointers in your hand and if you click it switched pointers. the red laser slowly damaged a player, the green laser slowly healed the player, and the blue laser just flings them off the map entirely. also the lasers range is very broken because the laser goes from one side of the map to the other so you could use this at very far distances too.

No one else knows this except for my friend group, but the eggcellent pearl hat from the Roblox 2017 egg hunt. It has a very special property where it has a brightness function and If you use a script injector you can increase the brightness value so you glow as bright as a sun. It works in virtually every game I’ve tested it in and it gets the best reactions from people. If you wanted to you could blind everyone in the server as you would be so bright, but We’ve tried to keep this a secret

I think what I would rate as the most broken thing In this video is pretty much the periastrons since if you use them how takeo intentionally made the kit (Not using the abilities only) you can literally become unstoppable due to the kits balance to where you can play very defensive or very offensive and there’s literally the alpha versions of fuchsia and hazel, then you have the stolen beta version that you see in catalog gear place which those fixed stuff related to sos being able to win against the kit easily due to frame data, and fuchsia and hazel beta versions introducing a air game for the kit. Plus there is so much tech to the kit because you can actually do stuff like azure peri parry cancel -> ivory light warp push effect -> azure peri sword twirl (true kill confirm bruh).

Quick facts! The crimson periastron can be deflected by chartreuse periastron if you fly high enough which can cause absolute crazy aoe and wipe out armies of players. The Rainbow Omega Periastron can be pointed at any direction even up or down if you have a fly tool, command, or even a rainbow carpet The chartreuse periastron shield can be easily penetrated by the ruby/emerald federation sword beam abilities on autoclickers for some odd reason. The chartreuse periastron can deflect the ivory periastron orbs and basically make them more heat seeking More to come soon...

A working glitch to ruin the map is used with 3 items Beach umbrella Bat sword Plate launcher Place the beach umbrella and launch a plate at it that sticks to the umbrella Use the ability of the bat sword to turn into a bat and stand next to the contraption Finally, when you appear out of the bat form next to the contraption the plate is ruined =) Edit: you need the remote explosive detonator item for it to work, throw it next to the umbrella then do the steps

if you have the portable beach gear and the raig table gear then you should try this out: 1. place down the portable beach on the ground 2. use raig table 3. watch as all players, NPCs and un-anchored bricks fly off the map because of a glitchy earth quake Edit: this works with the cherry pie as well 1. Throw pie on ground 2. Throw raig table at the pie 3. Ruin the fun of all the other players in the same server

I know 2 gears combination that can ruin the game. Rocket Launcher (not the classic one) and Ice Staff that spawns ice blocks blocking player. Spawn the ice blocks on a large baseplate, and then shoot at them with the rocket launcher. This would cause the baseplate to be shakey and always have this movement that would push everyone at all times no matter one. You would never escape it either because it moves you very fast and you're likely to get stuck at a wall or always fall off the map depending of what it has.

[Killbrick Glitch (Still Works)] Portable Beach or Beach Umbrella Remote Explosive Detonater Positronic Platform Producer Omega Rainbow Sword [Steps] 1. Place the umbrella on any floor/platform you want to glitch 2. Quickly switch to the c4 and place it right next to the stem of the umbrella 3. Pull out the platform producer and shoot 2 platforms at the bottom of the umbrella's stem 4. Confirm that the c4 is stuck to the middle of the platforms (if it's clipping into the platform) 5. Stand away from the c4 then pull out the Omega Rainbow Sword 6. See all those particles flying around you? Move towards the umbrella to make them connect to the c4. 7. You will either disappear and die or get stuck while holding the sword. 8. Once either of those situations have have happened, unequip the sword and touch the umbrella. (It should kill you and anyone else who touches it) If done right, this could make floors or platforms instantly kill someone upon touch. One use is making a baseplate or spawnpoint a killbrick, making people infinitly die

IDK if this counts but the 2018 bunny ears literally gave you the power to run ANY script inside of ANY game. The hat was manipulated with by an ex roblox moderator called LuckyMaxxer which he worked on gears for the roblox catalog so he had some knowledge. He got caught tho so oh well. There's plenty of videos on youtube going in depth on how he got it to work.

As a self-proclaimed god of Roblox gears, i can agree on how stupid periastrons are considering that the Chartreuse, crimson periastron and a cape can make the most op combo in Roblox why? Because if you use these items in a certain way you can make the red pillars turn vertical, go about 30 studs in the air then become down onto the map to obliterate the poor noobs on the floor, what's worse is there's also a glitch you can perform while doing that other bug to make the beams BIGGER. Another op gear i think is underrated and op is the heat-seeking rocket launcher, not only can you snipe anyone in an open field from any range as long as you keep your mouse on them but you can perform a glitch with the Chartreus periastron to make yourself nearly immortal, although it stops you from using most gears (you're still immune to 93% of weapons). The weapons you should be afraid of with that glitch combo would be the weapons that remove limbs e.g. some rocket launchers, the bone sword, all of the hyper laser set (especially the tri laser)

If you didn't know, Periastron were just updated. I remember, playing catalog heaven and getting rainbow Periastron, it didn't have ability and it just has fast attack with linked sword damage. This was years ago which i forgot.

Hey there's also one thing I used to love doing before during gear wars: If you put a beach umbrella down and then raig table the umbrella, the ground underneath will either continuously earthquake, also moving anything unanchored similarly to the earthquake disaster in natural disaster survival. Or it like what you said, it completely messes the baseplate up.

Some extra information about periastrons, ivory has 2 abilities light warp and supernova, light warp just teleports you everyone near the area where you light warp gets flung. supernova summons orbs that blind players, home and there’s almost no escape from them. When the star explodes at the end everyone under it instantly dies.Noir has 1 ability. It turns the entire map dark increases your speed and makes you invisible. A light spawns where you first used the ability.Amethyst has 2 abilities. One is to drop meteors from the sky each doing about 90 damage each, the other is to summon a comet from the sky disabling all flight. Azure has 2 abilities one is to swing your periastron around, making you faster and making your DPS a couple thousand. The other ability makes you put your periastron on your back, making you able to parry people. Chartreuse has 1 ability, it makes a giant forcefield around you, flinging nearby players. Also you are pretty much invincible in the forcefield because it rapidly heals you and even if someone gets your health bar to 0, the game doesn’t allow it and leaves it at 1. It is also the only periastron that doesn’t have a dash, it is replaced with a laser that does about 50 hp. Grimgold has 1 ability. It makes a sonar that shows where every player is, slightly damages them and slows them down a bit. The only way to get rid of the slowness is to somehow change your speed. Other than that ur slow forever LOL!1!1!1 Crimson has 1 ability, making 5 large pillars that instantly 1 shot everyone and can remove unanchored bricks. Omega has 1-3 abilities. It’s first ability is to make a giant laser that 1 shots every player but this has a long cooldown. Im pretty sure the more periastrons you have the shorter the ability cooldown. If you have the crimson periastron, the omega periastron will generate small lasers from the sky dealing a medium amount of damage. If you have ivory periastron, the omega periastron will generate small orbs that do medium damage to the player. If you have grimgold periastron all players around you get their speed lowered to about 4. This is like the grimgold ability and is hard to remove, but ur pretty much ded if u have this LOL!1!11,11!111!1 if u have amethyst periastron u get a second ability, a singularity that pulls in players for a bit. If u have chartreuse periastron it makes a mini version of the chartreuse ability. This only lasts for a few seconds. Also the hazel periastron is supposed to give it a fourth ability but it’s unreleased. ALSO it has life steal so it’s pretty much unbeatable in melee.The omega periastron is also considered to be the unique gear on roblox. (could also be the most powerful idk) Joyful periastron has 1 ability. It summons some eggs that can explode and clone ur weapons, this is extremely op if u get like 10 omega periastron and end the world. Festive periastron has 1 ability. It turns u into a ball that goes extremely fast and instantly kills anything they touch. It’s also very hard to kill while it’s using its ability. I mightve found the silly guitar crash glitch, using an autoclicker, but it doesnt seem to crash others anymore, I've used RoPro to join the server I crashed and everyone that was previously in the server either reconnected faster than me or it was a clientsided crash. EDIT: I found this glitch while messing around in Item Asylum.

The crimson peri also deletes unanchored bricks (including npcs) You can combine it with a gear that unanchors stuff to delete a large chunk of the map (example gear: fuse bomb)

Theres one really weird gun gear which causes everyone to get stuck in a weird aim lock thing. It also causes everyone to have their inv disabled if they sit down and reenabled when they stand up, which is a really op way of disabling invs or enabling them on admin games. On r6 its sorta different, people who were in the game dont have any issues on mob but right click doesnt work on pc, you need to disable and reenable shift lock for it to work, and the inv trick still works.. People who rejoin get the locked aim. Also forgot to mention, if you have the locked aim you can hold shift to sprint.

There was a glitch with the invisible car where if you spammed it quick enough it would crash everyone in the server except the user. It was patched when filtering enabled was released.

that silly guitar issue is caused by inputting midis btw its an insta crash thing done on rust, i dont own it and im not part of catalogue hell but if you play mp3 converted to midis it will insta crash you in rust with instruments. its a script/hotkey based crash due to it overloading and overflowing packets.

oh yeah you also have the fact that if a hat got past moderation and it was called "humanoid" when it was actually ingame it could stop a ton of scripts using loops due to it thinking its your characters humanoid. i beleive simular things like this happen with other things.
