Props to Cooler Master not just for upping the game and making this in house, but also their efforts with regards to reducing waste packaging and the instructions on the boxes. Pretty simple and actually pretty genius.

I really appreciate the mounting hardware coming in their own boxes and properly labeled. Normally I end up keeping all of the packaging and it takes up too much space. Also great seeing some manufacturers for cases labeling the plastic screw box. So much easier to identify them.

Cooler Master has stepped up their visual aesthetic so damn much over the years I truly believe they are making some of the best looking components out there right now. And it all started from one simple design change, and that was to remove that hideous text from their logo.

Just a heads up, if you want to use the software, I believe you have to use the included rgb hub. I plugged my atmos 240 directly into the motherboard's argb header and it won't show up in any of the Cooler Master programs, but the rgb does show up under Asus Aura (I use a ROG Strix B650E-I itx motherboard in a Dan A4-H20) and is controllable there.

So I have the 240 on my pc build just installed. I was wondering on how the cooling works. Like do i have to put water in it? Or does it already come it in. Im doing my first pc build so any info would really help!
@ALPHA17I11 ай бұрын
It is an All in One (AIO), liquid cooler also called a CLC (Closed Loop Cooler). This is because the cooling liquid is pre-filled in the system and then it is all closed up. You do not need to add any water to the ATMOS, just wire it up correctly, and it should cool your CPU just fine.

It's red to remind you that is the 4 pin pwm cable that goes into your cpu header. This provides the tach signal to the other 2 fans which are 3 pin.

I want to share an experience regarding my PC setup. I purchased a 14th-generation i9, known for its high temperatures. My colleagues with the same processor and I have tested various AIOs and found that the one we chose offers the best performance and quality. It was so good that even though my unit arrived with a defect, emitting a strange noise from the pump fan, I decided to replace it with the same model. On another note, there are other AIOs in the market that seem superior due to their high price, but they aren't. From my experience, NZXTs lack sturdy construction and are too expensive for what they offer; with them, the processor ran slightly hotter compared to the Atmos 360. Although the temperature difference was minimal, the sound was noticeably different. Regarding LIAN LI AIOs, while they are good, they don’t match the price-quality ratio of the Atmos 360. If you're considering a different AIO, my second recommendation would be ARTIC or ASUS. As for a third option, I don’t have a clear preference.

I brought this today and it is making weird noise please do help me out. Is it air that causing the issue? The noise is unbearable and how can I reduce the fan speed? Please do reply
@pauloDG8 ай бұрын
“The sound is coming from the pump? If so, the same thing happened to me. I recommend that if the sound is from the entire system, it might be bubbles, and that’s normal while the system settles. If after a while it continues the same, you can try removing the radiator and moving it a bit. But if it’s the pump, I recommend changing it. I had the same issue and decided to replace it with the same model because this brand and version are very good, and it’s the only one that kept my i9 running at good temperatures.”

Hey bud did you just solve it through replacement? Has been a week with mine. Hunting for tips. Got recommended to run pump 80+ flat out. And since then a buzzing gradually grew from the pump and is now quite jarring. Any input by anyone would help, As I'm not in a warranty eligible region. Case: Ap201 Rad top. No exotic mounting. Sound definitely emitting from the pump. Temps unaffected, Functioning within spec. It's just the static like buzzing that's really sullying my whole experience cus i keep thinking about how it might just die anytime now

@@cannotkazi It took a week for me and yes the above guy was correct it was just air bubble. I will tell you to wait for another week and see if the issue is resolved. Look at your replacement policy if it is ending or near ending then replace it now.

Just a heads up to anyone here installing this cooler. DO NOT use Cooler Master master control software. Or, at least, use it to check temps once, and set RGB, but then exit it out, make sure it doesn't run in background. The software was literally causing my AIO to spike randomly AND even when I plugged in my Iphone to charge. Took me ages to figure out why it was happening, evem after changing fan curves in bios. Summary. The software is beyond horrible.
