how do the half flush & full flush works? there is only a single contact point but the button have 2 halves

It's worth noting that the blue circular height locking ring half way down must be fully rotated and click into the lock position, otherwise it will impede the flush mechanism. Even a couple of millimetres out of full lock will do it. It's not always easy to see that you've done this when working in tight cisterns when you can only turn it with your finger tips.

Bonjour, Problème : dès que je relâche l'un des 2 boutons, l'écoulement s'arrête. Si je maintiens l'un des 2 boutons appuyé, le réservoir se vide complètement. Donc aucune différence entre le bouton 'petite quantité' et celui 'grosse quantité'. Et la quantité d'eau évacuée dépend donc du temps d'appui sur le bouton et non du réglage. Que faut-il faire pour qu'un appui sur un bouton déclenche juste la quantité d'eau prévue par le réglage ? Merci.

The button has two actuator trigger pushing down the corresponding buttons.
