Iam running the same list whats your opinion on removing Kuzan for +1 Tashigi and +1 Hina

Even though the tashigi is searchable I replaced it with one legged toy works a lot better and I removed a kuzan for a helm so I always have something I can reduce by 3 if I play gecko

Why no Ice Age? I still run 3 I think that card is one of the best cards in the deck.

I run it as a 2 of but it's not super needed or advised. Better to combo to get to your removal pieces, Perona -3 + 6c Saka KOs 8c's. I still run 2 Brook as it still allows good 6 don plays outside of 6c Saka, Hina + Abs, and now Perona -3 + Brook to KO 4c's
