That enel player threw

I’m not sure if they threw, but I’d love to know the rationale on some of the decisions

@@atrocioustcg I think @javieroliveros4784 is right the enel player threw. he was making rookie mistakes advise the board and your hand know what you toss and keep and mentally to the calculation in your head. i can go back and give notes if you would like.

@@POKEKILLER ye pls go ahead. I think he threw too, but i wanna see if my decisions were similar to yours

He could have simply countered the 5k absalom and then the 9 k moria. He died with so many cards in hand
@oscarortiz87657 ай бұрын
@@marcowish he could have countered the 9k moria and went for game next turn . I'm sure the moria player would have slammed down a sabo but that still isn't enough to stop the big body swings from enel next turn
@brockfg7 ай бұрын
I mean was that not objectively a horrible decision to take a life off of the 5k absolam swing? 21:00
@atrocioustcg7 ай бұрын
I'm not sure if that was an awful decision to do that instead of countering out with the 1k Onami in hand, but yeah it seems really weird to take that life when you have so much counter in hand & staring down a ton of don on the opponents' side of the board. Maybe just hoping for a good trigger like Amaru / Bege / ????
@brockfg7 ай бұрын
@atrocioustcg right, thats the only explanation. Maybe he knew the probability of getting his ass saved by a trigger in that scenario, and it was a high probability (i dont think it could have been). However, Hedging with the 1k counter seems like a win-win to me. Only needed to counter out of 1 more swing after that
@lrequiemalbertozamora75707 ай бұрын
If he defends the 5k swing from Absalom, moria player would play sabo and trade one of the Enel bodies
@lrequiemalbertozamora75707 ай бұрын
What was weird in my opinion was to start the sequence with a 7k swing, this way moria cannot ever play both borsalino and sabo
@brockfg7 ай бұрын
@lrequiemalbertozamora7570 i see what you are saying but he was relying on a trigger to not lose if his opponent did try to go for game. Considering what he had already seen that game it was probably well under a 50% chance he hit a sanji, bege, or event heal in those last life.

🤔🤔🤔 this is the top tables??? That Enel player played terrible. Could've gotten out so easily. Great commentary.
@atrocioustcg7 ай бұрын
It's the top tables & teams, but I'm not sure if it was necessarily terrible. They mulliganed into that starting hand (which in hindsight, I should have included in the video so my apologies), but that final turn felt really weird imo. Maybe they just knew the counter in their hand was never enough, so maybe tried to catch the Moria on a trigger like Bege or something.
@davidizar34887 ай бұрын
I have no idea why the enel player didn't counter the absalom and moria, just 5k swigs but he think he would be able to stop a 9k moria and issho 😂
@atrocioustcg7 ай бұрын
I know Enel usually doesn’t need to overly counter, but maybe he was banking on a bailout?
