Geckolib MCreator Gun Tutorial For Beginners 2024

Hey, This is a good tutorial. I have been scrolling through youtube, and this is the first video I have found that actually uses geckolib with animations, and has a tutorial on it. Currently Im making a mod with a musket in it and had to learn how to use geckolib. So if anybody in the comments wants to know, you can put player arms in the first person animations by making two more bones and animating them with the animation, then in mcreator putting the names of the bones in the corresponding text fields in the animated item creator. Reply if you want a tutorial.

For some reason the butten to add animation is hidden and idk how to fix that

You need to download a plugin for blockbench. It's called GeckoLib animation utils

For mcreator you need the Nerdy's GeckoLib Plugin and you just need to download it from mcreator.net/plugin/91484/nerdys-geckolib-plugin-forge-1182-1192 here and then put it in the mcreator plugins folder. And for the blockbench you just go to file then plugins and somewhere there you should find Geckolib animation Utils. Hope this helps

well.New problem:The game crashed and say animation is not found at last row:/
