wow! some impressive trains there at the beginning. Cool to see up close and personal all the wheels and fronts of them. Great that you wander in that Yellow palace so cool to see the photos from when it was being used etc :) great video!

Thank you very much for your comment. The main reason I wanted to go to the Railway Museum was the yellow palace. It was an important part of the film The Olsen Gang on the track. They were only able move the building shown in the video. There was another building, but it was in very bad condition.

A note about the yellow "palace". Det Gule Palæ, The Yellow Mansion, is a building right next to the royal palace. It is where the officers of the royal court have their offices. Somebody called the building seen in this video "Det Gule Palæ" as a kind of a joke, and the name stuck.

I don't know that much about the The Yellow Palace, other from what I've seen from the movie The Olsen Gang on the Track (Olsen Banden På Sporet). I visited the museum, because it would be cool to see the building.
