Hey bro, please do a pull-up video like the "1-10 push-ups progression" video, that would be nice. 😁
@Pablo-ur3dz4 жыл бұрын
I would highly recommend sticking with a very monotonous routine for a couple of month until you reach 10-ish pulls ups. Set a number of pull ups as the workout goal and get there in sets with equal amount of reps. For example if you can do just 2 pull ups at max effort go for 20 sets of 1 rep and after that you can complement with whatever routine or exercise you like. As another example I started training in rings (totally recommended) and could do about 6 or 7 pull ups with decent form, so I set as base workout 100 pull ups which consisted of 20 sets of 5 reps (the idea is a rep range you can manage for the sets required) after two workouts I “upgraded” to 6 reps, short time after 8 and finally 10 sets of 10 in aprox. 2 months (currently doing 12-13). Try to aim for 50 reps until you reach 6 reps with ease and then go for 100, I promise that if you do this 2 times per week you will progress faster than with any other routine.

Don’t cave, or run away from reality’s space Embrace the pains, the gains, and arrays of inevitable emotions in life Strive to be your best and take that flight Spread your wings and soar You can be great and so much more Although at times you feel this numbing sensation Hold steady to your heart, count it’s pacing That’s life beating in the palm of your hand Take a deep breath and make that stance Tall, confident posture looking ahead Those days of solitude will be worth the time spent So don’t stray from your dreams and aspirations Say no to those urges that gave you lacerations

Immediately, assuming your doing the push,pull,legs split. Do like 2-3 chest exercise,2 shoulder exercise and 1-2 triceps exercise and X3 sets for all if you're a beginner which I am assuming you are. Start with compound lifts then move to isolation, also don't forget to warm up. Thank you

Random question guys but is college worth it? I graduated high school this year during this whole pandemic and i’m not sure if going to college is the move. I’d love to go out and meet new people to do more things. But I also don’t want to drown in student debt when I don’t even know what I want to study.
@nicholasmartinez82904 жыл бұрын
My recommendation to you is if you’re not sure what you want, go to a community college nearby and have your fun meet new people and figure out what you wanna do. I graduated back this past may from a university and I met amazing people and made so many connections so to me it was worth it. Study hard, have some fun and most importantly remember you’re still incredibly young you don’t have to have your life figured out right now

Search Anthony O'Neil debt free degree on KZbin - you don't have to go into debt to get a degree - you've got the right idea!
@erickenriquez80394 жыл бұрын
Everything you hear about a college education is a scam is partially true- information is accessible everywhere and you can go after it however you want. I think the value of going to college is the opportunity to find more people who are ambitious and who you can learn from about your career and life. I think staying home for cc can be rewarding as well, but it’s much easier to stay in your comfort zone if you don’t have a change of scenery and if the people around you aren’t as motivated as you are to succeed. There’s a big world out there and a lot to learn, some environments make it easier to learn about this world than others. I don’t want to say not to worry about the money, but I think it’s important to remember that you are your own best investment. Money comes and goes, but knowledge, experiences and wisdom stay with you and set you up for the future. I wouldn’t say to go to a 4-year over a cc just for the sake of it, but if you think it can expose you to new personalities from other walks of life with other perspectives than you might have, it’s possible that it could be worth every penny. Hope this helps.

Great video! Having a productive morning routine does wonders for the rest of the day. Never settling for what's not valuable for you is important, but I think the word "Settling" has been thrown around too freely. I say this because something on the outside may not be all cracked to be on the inside. Besides that, painting a good health and body is a must and not comparing yourself to others is vital. Everyone is living their own experience and comparing yourself to others doesn't make it better.
