I like the idea of 4 colors for stones instead just black and white in Go. I don’t think this is the simplest ruleset though, that’s always been a strength of Go’s.

I also like the choice of colors. White, Black, Blue, and Red seem pretty fundamental, warm vs cool colors and light vs dark.

Hopefully we can get an update for G&S programming sometime soon, as it’s really confusing as to what all these paid promotions are helping fund. It’s been six months since the last update (Summer of Sundry) promised new and never before seen episodes of several hit programs on Alpha, which we have yet to see. It’s been four months since the Twitch schedule was updated on the website, that is now on track for only 300 subscribers as we have little clue what subscriptions buy into outside of advertising. Heck, it’s reaching five years since we were told the Vlogs channel would be updated with exciting content, an announcement still on the website. Please let us know why we should keep supporting - still a huge fan of G&S!

The paid promotions on this series just means they've been given the game though I'm not sure why they listed the KS demo versions that way. It might also mean the creator of the game plays it too as they've had some which have usually been very helpful.

The expansion seems like a good idea, but not having differently coloured tiles for each of the new elements could get incredibly confusing when in the midst of a capture. For example, how can you tell the difference between a metal stone and a lightning stone?

Earth was more commonly symbolised by black, brown or yellow. It's more a reference to "stone" and "mud". Green was for "Plant" or "Wood" which was a separate element in lesser known interpretations of the "elements".
