Style looks great. Same ppl who made stuffed fables/mice mystics, so yeah. Kinda going to be similar to them

Thank you for teaching me how to play, just got it right in the mail

Where in the rulebook does it say you need to play 2 cards of the same color to cross a colored line? Because it doesn’t in mine.. it just says play one or more cards, if the cards played are the same color it cost one movement point to move over a line of that color.

I see this game, and I think Mice and Mystics is to Aftermath : Skyrim is to Fallout.

It looks like fun, I really like the miniatures, also sounds quite complicated especially when I compare them to games when I was a child like Monopoly and Mouse trap.

Game is also quite grim.

How much of your wardrobe for the How to Play series is your own and how much is provided to you? Because based on all these videos you have a LOT of outfits.

At 1:29 how did you get that card to jump out into your hand!? That was crazy! Either sleight of hand or editing I suppose.

So, this is a reskin of Stuffed Fables, but with fiddly extra rules to use cards instead of dice?

Damn, I thought this was gonna be the RPG, AFTERMATH! by Fantasy Games Unlimited from 1981. Great realistic post-apocalyptic game still in print.

If one were to play the celebrity mashup game I think Becca would be like a cross between Aly Michalka and Ellie Kemper.

I like the idea to play with my kids but I think it's way to complex to keep us entertained. I'll love to paint the figures though.

Seems like this game would need a Game Master to keep it all moving smoothly.
@Monkeyb00y2 жыл бұрын
The book itself is the Gamemaster. Obviously someone will have to read the flavor text but will likely be the one teaching the game too.

I love Becca but this video is almost as bad as the rulebook. The threat cards are confusing as hell: place a card in a random empty space in the threat deck but tuck it under an enemy card if there is one?? Huh!!??? Also nowhere in the rulebook does it say about matching coloured cards to move across colour line spaces, like seriously that is a brand new rule altogether exclusive to Geek and Sundry...

Is that real cheese on the table or a prop? It looks delicious and smelly if it's real, I wonder how much of it survived the shooting ;)

These rules vids are way too short. Not enough detail or examples on what they just explained. Compare this to the video done for Mice & Mystics on Watch It Played and it’s laughable.

I'm shocked that they used playing card style for the action cards. I hate that and it completely ruins whatever theme they're going for, for me.

@jardex227511 ай бұрын
Considering Plaid completely scrubbed it from their website, yeah. I work at a toy store and got a free copy at the company meeting. I think it was the last one in stock, which it why they were trying to get rid of it.
@bobdole883011 ай бұрын
@@jardex2275 Same here, when I bought it, it was on sale for 30€ in several stores at the same time. Everyone was ridding their stock off it. I know from my FLGS that there were issues with some of the games in the first printrun having bent and broken minis. Not sure if that was an isolated event only effecting the charge my store got, but the owner said he had to refund half the boxes he sold. My minis were in pretty good condition though and the quality was also very good. Not sure why it flopped to be honest, maybe the main audience for M&M doesn't like the setting?
