There is a point where the producer/director side comes out and she is ensuring that the video continuity is keep, another player is making a move that needed to be checked for clarity or something. She is all business and ensuring they redo the move for the sake of the video. Then it is back to fun and games, for a pretty redhead that can play the pretty ditsy airhead persona she has a no-nonsense producer side that shows a real depth of personality. I think it would be something to know her in private life.

Don't play these types of games with friends. It's impossible to separate in-game backstabbing from real backstabbing. Like Diplomacy, this is great for destroying relationships. Any game where you don't know what side the other person is on and can't trust them has this effect.

Best moment I ever had playing this game. It was the last mission, I was a spy. We had won 50/50. The last mission required 2 spies to fail it. But both other spies had been outed, while I had spent the game earning the trust of the resistance. I was the only spy on the mission. The mission confirmed. I put in succeed, confused the hell out of the resistance member who didn't go on the mission, and explained that my character, when in Washington, burned all of his records and walked away free. Best time of my life.

We had a fantastic couple of rounds with 10 people. The first game, the first mission failed, but the second one passed. They sent the same team as the second for the third mission, which also passed, and then they basically had it in the bag, because they needed to add one more person for the fourth mission but that also needed two fails in order to fail the mission. It passed and we won. Then, we played again. I was evil. The first mission failed again, but the second passed. However, this time, the second mission had two spies on it, who both had played pass cards. They did the same for the third, and everyone was thinking the exact same thing was going to happen again. But then they both together failed the fourth mission, and everything just collapsed into such beautiful chaos. Nobody could make heads or tails of anything and evil won after that just out of the pure confusion.

Almost happened to me online in 8 players. I had Lady of the Lake. Spymate failed mission one. We added me to Mission Two. Spymate and I double float that and Mission Three. Spymate forgets to fail Mission Four but it doesn't matter because there's really nothing at stake but the fun. I card useless for Resistance. Had Mission Four double failed the third spy was hidden. He had no reason to be carded afterwards.

+Taylan Ertan Oh hell yes, watching the Co-Optional lounge play it was so awesome. +Adele Dazeem well Secret Hitler is basically an advanced and more complicated version of the Resistance, with more variance instead of succeed\fail mission and another major element thrown in. Because it is more complex, sadly, i don't suppose it'll be played on TableTop - simply because it'd require min. 7 people to play properly.

Actually I felt Felicia gave away a little bit too much. 1. During the first round, she said Amy is a spy yet, she approved it. 2. During the second mission, the same thing happened again! Even when she said she want to re-vote but that just make it more obvious. 3. She said that Amy is a spy since the beginning without any prove, just a hunch and stick with it so firmly throughout the game as if she already know it.

I would argue that, in the first round, you have no reason to distrust anyone yet so, even if you don't trust someone, you don't have any clues. The only way to get a clue on someone is to approve and have them give you a reason to not trust them (ie, they fail the mission). I haven't played the game, but that's what it seems like from the outside.

"Actor" used to be male-only, but, since it is the root word of both "actor" and "actress," it has become gender neutral. "Actress" is just female, so it is falling out of favor. In other contexts, sometimes we change the word entirely. "Policeman" has become "police officer" to include women. "Fireman" has become "fire fighter." "Congressman" has become "congressperson." "Stewardess" has become "flight attendant" (as "steward" means something else). There are even some gendered words that have died out completely. There's sculptress, authoress, comedienne, manageress, lady doctor, male nurse, artiste, chanteuse, songstress, etc. These are considered so outdated that to use them is to come across as someewhat offensive. For words that still exist, even using them when unnecessary has become a bit offensive. It comes off as if the speaker is making a point to specify gender. That's how big gender neutrality has become in English--unnecessarily specifying gender has become offensive. Actress is sorta in the middle right now. Most women in the acting profession prefer "actor," and some of them actively find the term "actress" offensive. But others don't, and a few, mostly older women, prefer "actress." Language is always evolving. In general, I would recommend that a non-native speaker avoid gendered terms, except for those that are only about gender, like female/male, man/woman, girl/boy, lady/gentleman, Mr/Ms, etc. Everything else, use a gender neutral term. I would even recommend saying "female actor" if you need to specify that an actor is female.

Felicia majorly messed up in round 2 and i can't believe Wil trusted it was an honest mistake... Ashley was a great ally putting early pressure on Allison with the eye trick and if Wil hadn't have played like a spy during round 3 then the allies would've had it in the bag for sure.
