I grew up on a farm with ducks and a flock of white geese. The ducks ran away from me but the geese followed me everywhere

My goose is conflicted. I have 6 ducks and a goose. The goose wants to greet me, but also wants to stay with it's ducky pals so it starts running my way and then turns around to go back to it's ducky friends when it realizes they aren't joining along.

They'll see your whole family as part of the flock . However any new addition to the family will not be welcomed easily. They used to attack my brothers in law for example But not my sisters.
