Well, well, well, here we are again. In stead of coming straight to your tutorials, I kept looking around all over trying to find a good flying geese tutorial! I could NOT find one that made much sense. I am directionally challenge lol and I kept doing things backwards. I watch the first 6 minutes of your tutorial here and now I know how to make flying geese! I think your way of doing things has completely spoiled me lol.. Thanks again. BTW this quilt is gorgeous. I'll put on the back burner with the other wish list quilts I want to make lol..Thanks again Donna, you are the best!

I absolutely love your no-waste flying geese! These area a game changer and can be used for any pattern that calls for flying geese. I am now working on a pattern that has a lot of flying geese and if done the original way would have resulted in way too much waste. I will be using a little more than half of the fabric the pattern calls for. Like you said, genius!

I am a knitter and do needlepoint. I don't quilt, but I thoroughly enjoyed watching this video. I became familiar with the Jordan Fabrics channel through the Comment sections of the KZbin channels Arne & Carlos and The Last Homely House. So I decided to take a look and now I'm a subscriber. This quilt is just gorgeous! I'm tempted to order the Geese In The Lilies pattern in case I ever decide to take up quilting. I am most impressed with Donna's professional manner and clear instructions as she covers the various sections of the quilt. Not one word is wasted. She knows how to get a point across and instill confidence in her viewers. I look forward to seeing all of the Jordan Fabrics videos, but I bet this one's going to be hard to beat.

Good afternoon Donna flower and all at Jordan's, This is such an elegant quilt Donna, really beautiful and i love how you have stuck with the plain white instead of a grunge fabric that i know you like putting in as background. The beautiful quilting really sets off the stunning flowers applique that you have done. I think that the quilting flowers look like Magnolia's but i'm no expert, lol. Gorgeous from the pattern to the fabrics used to the quilting pattern. Thank you flower for yet another stunner that is i know quite time consuming with the applique over it all. Love how you have taken that next step in the process of showing us not to be afraid of more "complicated" designs and how to break each section down to understandable chunks for us. Have a lovely weekend and so looking forward to your next video ;D. Crafty hugs to you all and take care, from Norah, Glenochil Village, Scotland

I tripped across this video while researching flying geese units and was so excited find your "Geese in the Lilies". I have 2 children that have families in North Carolina and I can't wait to give these quilt blocks a try. I looked up the actual Carolina Lilies online and Debbie did such a wonderful job of replicating the look of these beautiful lilies which are the state flower for NC. Thanks so much for your tutorial. You always do such a wonderful and very clear job of explaining the process of creating the blocks. Your quilt is just gorgeous in blue batiks!!

I saw the notification for this post yesterday, but I made myself wait until today, and I am so glad I did because now I could really look closely at all the applique. You make applique look so easy. I would love to see more applique by machine. The simple tips of stopping and restarting around the circles weren't shown up close. But at the end you showed clipping the threats which for someone like myself helped me figure out that you did not back stitch when closing up the circle. Also someone mentioned showing us more of your fabric you carry. Have you ever shown unboxing when fabric arrives? So we can see the new fabrics when they hit your door. Seeing also what you all have shelf ready is nice too, to spark ideas. I really enjoy watching your tutorials. Thank you for showing us tips and tricks to make beautiful quilts.
