After the Geddon buff, I recommend using Cairne as your Leader in this one to save Rend for later. The same comp works well.

@@NathanGuzman-z4t I use the exact same army. Dark Iron Miner does not need the army bonus.

So we managed to kill this with cairne and emperor after the geddon buff. we both have molton+faerie+bat+safe+meat, the different slots are dark iron miner and witch doctor with emperor's melee slot had an off faerie. thanks for the guide basically the same strategy still works! we are 21 and 22 levels.

6 levels difference is crazy. Boss 5 and 6 might be too difficult, but garr should be doable with boost slot

Does Gargoyle also work with resist in this fight? Or we need Molten Giant for this? Both are same level in my army.

Gargoyle cannot fight against other minis, so I have not really considered using it.

Would Ragnaros leader be good on this fight, with the Molten Giants reflecting damage?

Sure, it would work. Ragnaros is potentially good against Garr and Ragnaros too. You just need to beat them once first to get Ragnaros.

Why did you use your fairy dragon without using rend. You overspent like 5 or 6 gold not using rend before dragon. In theory you could have gotten a free molten giant.

No particular reason. KZbin engagement farming, maybe. An honest mistake, perhaps.
