Yo Gabriel sick video, thank you. I have a weird question. Are there pieces that you learn and are ready to be played all the time like the Bach suites, or do you work them up, record them or play them at a concert and forget them. My goal is to learn the Bach suites, but I want to play them daily (without repeats). I just learned the prelude to 5th suite and going to use your advice on learning a new piece before recording it, just trying to balance keeping the previous ones up to par while learning new music. What's your take on keeping old repertoire up to par etc.

Thanks Alex! The Bach Suites are a unique situation since I have studied them pretty much continuously since I started learning cello. My suggestion would be to occasionally play through the ones that you know well, while learning the new ones.
