Hello :). I have a strong allergy to all gel, UV and LED products and Gelish Dip is really the best product for all with sensitive skin and allergies. With the Dip manicure I have troubles with lifting (each time) on both sides of the nails (not in the middle area, never) . Even when I got back from salon, after 2-3 days I noticed lifting on both "besides" areas of the nails. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I really follow the procedure as instructed. One thing is clear - after 2 weeks I have to remove my manicure because my nails grow so fast. Might that be the lifting cause? Thanks :).

Hi Natasa! Lifting is usually caused by improper prep or the product getting on the skin. Can you explain your application/prep process? We'd love to help!

Can one of your tec people help me please..... I have aa 45yr old female client and I have been doing a gel polish mani on her for years and they last and stay put no lifting no flaking no peeling for about 3-4"wks but recently she has been having problems with the gel popping off one nail after the other, starting around day two. I have pushed cuticles lightly file nail, clean contaminate, then pH bond and pro. Bond, foundation and dry brush foundation then 2 coats of colour, top it Off cleanse then cuticle oil what can I do the only change is the weather is very hot unusually for the uk causing sweating, the clients having hot flushes. she uses gloves to clean and I don't know what else to do help. its getting embarrassing. I just don't know what to do. Please help me.

Hi Sarah! Lifting happens when nails are not thoroughly prepped and application may be too thick. We will check our retains. Are you applying thin layers? Thank you, Gelish

@@GelishOfficial I am using thin layers preparing the nail plate really well with a hand file and e file cleansing throughly and I have not had this before with this lady she normally has wonderful adhesion and I do her nails aprox 4wkly and I didn't ever have any nails pop off in one whole piece...... I only ever had damage from the client having an accident..... I an wondering if the fact that my client is going through the menopause could be a reason??
