French only brain, lol! I don't buff/file before I polish the nails because I would be filing down the vitagel which is something I do not want to do. It would make it thinner. I hope I answered your question. :)

Hi Dawn ! Love the review ! When you put polish over the vitagel , i imagine you file/buff the shine before, is the polish stay as long as it will over your naturel nails ?Hope my question is clear ... today my brain think in french only ... Lollll !!! :)

If I'm going to do heavy housecleaning then yes. I have a dishwasher so I don't wash dishes. I would use gloves if I did.

It lasts about 2 weeks before you will need to do a fill.

That's probably cause we look at our own nails every day so we don't see the growth as much ~_^ go stand in front of a mirror and look at your hands(in the mirror) your nails will look much longer than they do when you look directly at your hands ........(course maybe that might just be me :P....lol)

I have thin and flexible nails. Will gelish gel polish work for me if i use their brush on structure gel along?

Your nails will be fine with gel polish. I recommend using a nail strengthening polish or treatment for your nails.

Why didn't you break the seal of the gel with a file or buffer before soaking?

The removal works either way. I rarely do it.
