I found one in the thrift store last year. It has a quality. Early rompler form the forgotten Italian synthesizer industry. They lost the plot with the digital. This is a step above the casio toys. I hoped it had samples of an Italian feel. Maybe it does. It is utterly basic and flawed. Minimal midi. A click in the marimba. There is a second edition of the machine. The design is cool. Absolutely late eighties. Italians know how to draw some lines. I had hoped all those select buttons had midi signal. I can bend it my own way. But only the keys do on and off. So one has to enjoy it for the sounds, pre standard midi. It has an identity. Kinda cute. I might use some for house track with with that 1989 zeitgeist.

@@martijndekeijzer Ah. That has been a while. I made several satisfying demos. Combined with two other 80s budget instruments. It sounds pretty large.
