One of my kids randomly set an alarm on my watch for 4.08pm when it goes off at work it’s my ‘right finish that thing you needed to do’ nudge.

One of the things I found helped give me more hours was not being in a relationship. 2 years single. Never going back to giving up my precious time to someone again

I love, love, love your method, and have mixed it up with other methods to fit around work/my family. For the first time in my whole life, I don't feel like an inadequate woman, who missed the 'keeping things in order' memo that every other woman seemed to get. However, I am finding that, because I have had such incredible results, I am finding myself spending all morning cleaning/tidying up and not sticking to the times set. Have you come across anyone else who has had this problem? Please, tell me it's not just me! I recognise the need to compartmentalise the cleaning into time slots at certain times of the day, and I love it because it gives me the peace of mind of knowing when I am going to get these things done. I especially love the weekly tasks done in half an hour (GENIUS!!), but I am finding that I am tidying/cleaning whilst on Teams meetings for work (probably a reflection of the value of the Teams meetings), which then leads to me doing more cleaning/tidying after the meeting, then suddenly remembering that I have to do actual work! It may be the adhd in me, but can you help or advise on this?

I've added a work time and a bedtime mode to my phone - it works great because it greys out the apps that are not active and it reminds me that I'm supposed to be working or sleeping - works great for me for those times to cut down on the mindless scrolling
