Hi Mary. Lovely to hear from you. I used to sell my cards at a local market. And I used to make special cards for friends. Hi Wendy. I made that video years ago when I used to upload tutorials. I re-watched so that I could answer your query. You are right! I should have written the sandwich clearly on screen. The sandwich that worked best for me with the thick embossing folders was: Gemini Base plate Embossing folder with paper inside Magnetic shim Plastic shim The sandwich I used for thinner folders was: Gemini Base plate Metal shim Embossing folder with paper inside Gemini Top plate I hope this makes it clearer.
