I feel I have been depressed for 10 years as of today. My parent's car crash 10 years ago put me in a spot feeling like I just existed. Well, you are so right I have wasted 10 years due to depression and not feeling motivated and Today after one year I found the motivation to ride my bicycle after the accident I had last year getting off the bicycle. Im here in depressionland with you! Divorced 7 yrs ago just finalized settlement, my parents & some friends passed one after the other, I got terribly sick with an unknown infection last year and had to have open heart surgery/double value replacement. So looking at the huge scar on my chest as a newly single woman just exasperates my depression. It’s been a trauma-inducing depression. I also feel like Im just existing. The lowest point of my life, but it’s nice to know Im not alone. The only way is up from here my friends. It’s gotta get better- I keep telling myself anyway. ❤Stay optimistic!

I used to think I wasted big chunks of my life too until I read the book called "One Dharma" by Joseph Goldstein. It put things into perspective for me and made me realize that no matter what happened or happens or is happening...it's all in perfect order and we're all where we're supposed to be at all times. It was a great sense of relief for me knowing that I didn't waste anything and I am exactly where I'm supposed to be right now. And so are you! Many blessings to you!

Mate being a Gemini woman heart-to-heart what I’ve realised in life if anyone friend or coworker and especially in your case someone that you said you’re in love with doesn’t give back to you more than 50% then it’s a complete red flag and you need to work on yourself stronger and harderso that in the future you don’t rely on this person to gratify you or make you feel at one with yourself. All the best stay strong be yourself love yourself and make sure you’re being loved back on so many levels.❤

Yaa Ive learnt almost everything and I had a spiritual awakening cuz of that situation, so I just know God did that on purpose for me to come closer to him. I have been regretting it for some time but now I just know we are souls and people don't really matter if they stay or not :)

I always follow my intuitions. I now live alone and it’s ok with me because I am very independent and I am organised. I have an invisible illness and I have type 2 diabetes. I take good care of myself because no one else will. I have learnt so much lessons. I have stop trusting people the way that I have M P I am a patient woman and I have met a beautiful soul and I am on a new path never did I think that I would get married again because I walk away from one 22 years ago it was amicable. Age gap and my family don’t like it also it is my first interracial relationship. I am so happy M P because the long time relationship they just hurt me I have healed myself and I am ready to live my happy life with the man that treats me like a QUEEN! ♊️

I am doing more gardening now and sorting out my home. It’s my house and I live here. My dog Rufus keeps me busy and I have the most greedy cat in the world Patchy. 😂😂 my house is very quite Rufus is crying for go back outside. I understand about the crown it means for me I took back control because I was taken advantage of in the past and I now do what makes me happy I just want to pack my suitcases I have things to buy and pack I need to go back to see my Fiancé I miss him so.
