It is a Japanese company, but a standard Broadsword weighing 4 lbs is on the heavy side, if it was 4 kg it would be ludicrously heavy. A Zweihander weighing 15.5 lbs is insanely heavy, and 15.5 kg would be laughably heavy. That's 34 lbs, or you know, 10 lbs under a weight bar with no plates.

A full suit of plate armor in the real world would weigh no more than 30kg (60-ish lbs), the biggest real greatswords would be around 3kg, the biggest realistic shields would be around 10kg. So in the history of man, nobody has realistically worn more than 50kg of armor and weapons at once. Now would realistic replicas of the armor used here be potentially heavier than 100kg? Yea, most likely. But not twice as heavy. I'd say that's mostly due to game mechanics, because if you made the ludicrous items like the Fingerprint Stone Shield as heavy as a slab of stone that size would actually be, it would be virtually unusable in the game.

Even ashes of war like earthshaker or the hoarah loux version make you create earthquakes from your brute strenght. So for example the fingerprint shield actually being the weight of a giant stone slab isn't even that unrealistic for the game.
